It worked for one reality star, maybe it will work for them! The Giudice family is following in Kim Kardashian’s footsteps by appealing to President Donald Trump themselves about their ultimate passion project: Joe.
The Real Housewives of New Jersey star is an Italian native, and despite being raised in the U.S., he is being sent back to the Boot after spending 41 months in prison for tax fraud. His wife, Teresa, also spent 11 months in prison, but can remain here because she’s a U.S. native. Before the judge ruled on appeal that Joe would be deported, Teresa said she’d divorce him if he had to go back.
Their four daughters have mounted a social media appeal Wrote Milania in a message that also tagged Trump: "It’s not the same without you. I miss you terribly. I wouldn’t be the person I am today with out you. I wouldn’t know how to stay strong. I need you home daddy. All I want is to be a family again. I love you endlessy buddy."
In an Instagram repost of a family portrait, Giudice's eldest daughter, Gia, 18, also asked the president to spare her father, who "committed a minor crime to support his family."
Social media has not embraced their cause with enthusiasm, with many pointing out that he committed a "not that minor" crime, and that, if they want to stick together, should consider moving to Italy.
