SEVEN MORE WOMEN ACCUSE CUBA GOODING JR. OF SEXUAL MISCONDUCT

Seven additional women have raised sexual misconduct accusations against actor Cuba Gooding Jr., including unwanted touching, grouping and kissing. Prosecutors have asked for the allowance of these accusation in the current New York case against Gooding, which will illustrate Gooding's intent and "the lack of absence or mistake".

The new allegations date back to as early as 2003, including instances of kissing without consent, forceful grabbing and sliding his hand down the inside of multiple women's clothes. In his previous indictment, Gooding was accused of three counts forcible touching and three counts sexual abuse in the third degree—all of which he has pleaded not guilty to. According to his attorney, Gooding "…had and does deny all allegations of criminal conduct."
