Prince Harry and Meghan Markle shared an adorable picture on Instagram Thursday, thanking New Zealand for hosting them on the final leg of the 16-day royal tour.
Harry took the snap of Meghan cradling her baby bump in the Redwood Treewalk Rotorua.
"Thank you New Zealand for the most wonderful last week of our tour. It has been a privilege to meet so many friendly Kiwis," reads a statement from the couple in the caption. "Australia, Fiji, Tonga and NZ – we leave feeling inspired and reminded of how every single one of us can make a difference."
They also include a quote from Kate Sheppard, a prominent member of the women’s suffrage movement in New Zealand: "The rain that refreshes the parched ground, is made up of single drops."
It seems the royals are pushing Kensington Palace toward a more social policy. While Meghan gave up her blog and social media accounts when she got married (royal policy), she also took a photo of Harry that Kensington Palace agreed to share on their feed, prompting many to wonder if a new, more open era is dawning at the Palace.
