Taylor Swift dropped new music and is laying people out. Originally we thought this would be about Calvin Harris, Katy Perry, Justin Bieber, Kim Kardashian and Kanye West, after the release of this song it’s obviously about Kimye and Katy. Let’s dive into this rabbit hole, Kim Kardashian and Kanye have referred to Taylor as a snake multiple times after the release of Kanye’s song “Famous” they released a snapchat of them supposedly talking to Tay getting the go ahead to use her in the song. They didn’t disclose the lyric would be “I feel like me and Taylor might still have sex Why? I made that b**** famous, I made that b**** famous” which Taylor felt was derogatory towards her (cause it was) but Kimye felt they weren’t in the wrong. But according to Taylor she never received the song before hand to say it was okay or not. With the reference of the snake all throughout the video she’s clapping back at Kimye HARD. Plus the snippet of the phone call which sounds like it’s saying Kanye. (watch the video of Kimye talking to Taylor !BEWARE OF LANGUAGE! here.)
Katy Perry has referred to Taylor Swift as the “Regina George in sheep’s clothing” on Twitter which is a stab at her from Mean Girls and, conveniently enough, the baseline for this song is from Mean Girls Halloween Scene (Beware language. Check it out here.) She refers to the beef with Katy as the gun that was turned on her, another Mean Girls reference is getting locked out while they throw the feast, this whole song sounds like a warning shot and people better watch out.
Taylor is being SUPER COLD about dropping her new album. It’s coming out on the 10th of November, which is a long time from her last album but it’s also the 10th anniversary of Kanye West’s moms death.
