Married At First Sight‘s Ivan Sarakula appears to have moved after splitting from Aleksandra Markovic last month.
The 30-year-old real estate agent was spotted with a young woman while out and about in Melbourne‘s St Kilda last week.
The rumoured couple looked cosy as they shared a single cup of gelato together.

Despite being one of the strongest couples on the experiment at first, Ivan and Aleks voted to leave during filming in November.
In photos taken on March 17, Ivan looked happy and relaxed with the mystery brunette, who bears a striking resemblance to Aleks.
While they weren’t holding hands or kissing, they appeared quite comfortable in each other’s company.

New couple alert? The real estate agent potentially debuted a new love interest while spotted in Melbourne’s St Kilda last week
Is love in the air? On March 17, just nine days ago, Ivan looked calm and carefree alongside the mystery brunette
Ivan wore a white French Connection T-shirt and sneakers, and accessorised with a pair of stylish sunglasses.
Meanwhile, his female companion showed off her curvy figure in a thigh-skimming navy dress.
She kept things casual with Nike slides, and styled her dark hair in a messy ponytail.
Taking it slow? While they weren’t overly affection in public by holding hands or kissing, they appeared quite comfortable in each other’s presence
That’s considerate: Ivan was seen puffing on an unhealthy cigarette as the pair walked side by side, but he kindly kept the cigarette away from the woman, and made sure to blow the smoke in an outward direction
No wedding band! Ivan wasn’t wearing his ring on his left hand, signalling he was no longer with Aleks from the series
Ivan was also seen smoking a cigarette – an unhealthy habit that was not disclosed on Married At First Sight.
The pair went to a gelato shop, where they sampled flavours and bought two scoops in a single cup to share.
The fact they are sharing food suggests they already have an intimate relationship, as most people are abstaining from such activities due to the coronavirus pandemic.
His shout? The pair were later seen entering a gelato establishment where they ordered an icy treat to share
Sharing is caring? As Ivan held the cup, the woman appeared to use her own spoon to sample the flavours
What’s mine is yours? Ivan and the mystery lady appeared to have no problems with sharing the dessert, and no concern for potentially sharing germs amid the coronavirus pandemic
Speaking of which, earlier this week Ivan sensationally described COVID-19 as a conspiracy.
He told Hit105’s Stav, Abby and Matt there was ‘more to the story that we don’t know’ and even said the pandemic seemed ‘fishy’ to him.
Daily Mail Australia has contacted Ivan Sarakula for comment.

Cheers! He was seen walking the streets with four friends, and later sat down at The Espy Hotel in St Kilda for a beer and a meal together
Ivan split with Aleks in February. They had reconciled in late December after breaking up on the show in November.
A source said last week: ‘It was Ivan’s decision to end things and he dumped Aleks out of the blue. He didn’t want to be with her anymore.’
On Sunday night, the five remaining MAFS couples will meet for their final vows, where they will decide whether they want to stay together after the experiment.
Married At First Sight continues Sunday at 7pm on Channel Nine
