Mac Miller’s “Good News” Drops With Video Ahead of Posthumous Album Release

Ahead of the January 17 release of his first posthumous album Circles, Mac Miller’s track “Good News” arrived Thursday along with its official music video. Complex reports that the six-and-a-half-minute visual “begins with footage taken during a studio session. Miller looks into the camera and [says], “Come on guys, let’s show you how we do this.” Viewers are then taken into an abstract world filled with some of the most recognizable Miller imagery, like concert photos, album cover art, and video clips from concerts.” “Good News” is the first track to drop off Circles, which will also contain songs like “I Can See,” “Hand Me Downs,” “That’s on Me,” and “Once a Day.” It will arrive two days before what would have been Miller’s 28th birthday.
