Kim Kardashian does not want to air her dirty laundry. The reality star is demanding that the $300 million lawsuit that accuses her of cheating her former business partners be kept private, The Blast reports.
According to court docs, Kim wants the federal lawsuit filed by David Liebensohn to move to arbitration, which would shield it from public view.
She filed redacted docs arguing that the suit was filed in the wrong state (Oklahoma), and asked that it be filed in California instead. Kim also claimed the lawsuit exceeded the statute of limitations.
David is suing over phone apps and emojis that caught Kim's eye; he says that Kim and her pal Jonathan Cheban demanded an 80/20 deal in which they'd keep most of the profits. He declined.
