Sunday’s episode of Keeping Up With the Kardashians was a long-time coming. While fans have long been aware that Tristan Thompson cheated on Khloe Kardashian the week before she was scheduled to give birth to their baby True, because of the time-lag of production, no one was able to see her reaction IRT.
Last night, Khloe joined fans on Twitter to live-Tweet the episode and respond to questions.
She did not hold back, embracing the horror as she watched alongside everyone else: "I wasn’t sure if I was going to be able to watch the episode tonight. I can’t believe I had to deal with this disgusting crap still in the hospital room !"
Still, Khloe wasn’t going to kick Tristan out of the delivery room, despite his betrayal, and she explained why to confused fans: "I made it very clear that I was still disgusted by his actions but I wasn’t going to let ANYTHING ruin this moment I’ve been waiting for my ENTIRE life … Regardless of what Tristan did to me, I was never going to take that moment away from True or Tristan. She should not be punished for his actions. He is her father and they both deserve to love one another as deeply as They possibly can."
When fans applauded her maturity, she was quick to admit: "Oh well I did some not so mature things the day prior, but I needed to get that out of my system. Namaste all the way in the hospital."
One thing she was quick to clear up was the impression that many were under that Tristan cheated on his ex and the mother of his first child Jordan Craig with Khloe. (The sometimes not-so-subtle subtext: "Never trust a cheater, especially if he cheated with you.")
In response to a fan who accused her of staging photos "so everyone would see you with T at the Bel Air hotel a day after Jordy gave birth," Khloé tweeted "What are you even talking about. Their son was born December 12th these images were taken many months later. And baby girl, i have been wearing those rings way longer than I’ve known TT. Get your facts straight."
She also shared that a photo of them waiting in the delivery room, writing in Instagram that it was "one of the most awkward photos I have seen in a long time."
