Kevin Hart is being sued for $60 million by his 2017 sex tape partner -- and she has claimed that he and his friend conspired to record their sexual encounters. According to TMZ, Montia Sabbag has claimed in her new lawsuit that her sexual encounter with the comedian in a Vegas Hotel room was all planned by Hart and his friend TJ Jackson -- his friend who was later arrested for extortion.
Sabbag has claimed that Hart was motivated by getting publicity for an upcoming comedy tour and that is why he and JT hid the camera.
The suit claims that Hart allowed Jackson into the Cosmopolitan hotel suite so he could set up the hidden camera.
Sabbag is suing for intentional infliction of emotional distress and invasion of privacy.
KEVIN HART'S SEX TAPE PARTNER CHANGES HER STORY
Meanwhile, the site pointed out the fact that when the story first broke in 2017, Sabbag claimed that Kevin had no idea their sexual encounter was being filmed. At the time, she said she didn't want any money from Kevin, but wanted to find out who filmed the liaison.
Sources say that Sabbag's subsequent lawyer -- her third, recently made a secret financial demand to Kevin, asking for low six figures and Kevin's lawyer rejected it.
A source also told the site that Kevin has been working with the District Attorney for two years on the case. The source said, "Kevin is working with the D.A. a lot because J.T. f**ked him over." The source also revealed that Kevin has no plans on giving Sabbag a penny and there will be no settlement.
