The Duchess of Cambridge visited Family Action’s South London HQ to launch a new national support line for families in need on Tuesday, and while she was there, she got real about the struggles every mother faces, even royals.
The 37-year-old royal said: "Everybody experiences the same struggle. You get a lot of support with the baby years...particularly in the early days up to the age of about one, but after that there isn't a huge amount—lots of books to read."
Kate and husband Prince William share Prince George, 5, Princess Charlotte, 3, and Prince Louis, 8 months. Since entering royal life, Kate has supported causes related to mental health and families.
She also wore a stunning emerald dress by London-based Beulah, which is working to eradicate modern-day slavery. Beulah partners with NGO production companies to employ women who have survived trafficking, and also work to make sure forced labor does not exist at any level on the brand’s supply chain.
