Animal Control has questions for Teen Mom 2 star Jenelle Evans and David Eason after he admitted to murdering her dog Nugget, TMZ reports. Eason reportedly shot her French bulldog after the dog nipped at Ensley, 2, and animal welfare has been flooded with calls since he posted a video on Instagram discussing the incident.
TMZ reports that the Attorney General has received 138 complaints as well, which they’ve turned over to Animal Control. It is unclear what legal action will be taken, though Eason is known for not responding well to visits from police. He posted a series of videos after he claimed Secret Service agents drove to his property, and showed off a cache of ammo.
When the did show up, TMZ reports that Animal Control officers were intimidated by the "No Trespassing" signs and a grey pit bull waiting on the porch. Sources tell the website that officers left the property and alerted the sheriff’s department.
Sources tell The Blast that before shooting Nugget, Eason beat the dog and threw it across the kitchen. A source tells the site that the dog cried as Eason beat Nugget, but the people at home were too afraid of him to try to intervene. He was reportedly "covered in blood" after the attack.
Evans, meanwhile, is reportedly considering divorcing Eason over the incident, and MTV has officially cut ties with him.
