BACHELOR IN PARADISE PREMIERE DATE REVEALED: Bachelor in Paradise is almost here. ABC announced the premiere date for season five Wednesday. Another season of drama, romance, therapy sessions and wine will arrive Tuesday, August 7that 8 p.m., the day after the finale of Becca Kufrin’s season of The Bachelorette lands. After its premiere, ABC will air BIP episodes on Mondays and Tuesdays at 8 p.m. The cast will be announced soon.

ABC ORDERS LOST-ESQUE REALITY SHOW: ABC is going to offer audiences its own spin on CBSSurvivor with a show featuring contestants on islets in the South Pacific, with snippets of their real life back home. Dubbed Castaways, it will separate its cast on different islets. Contestants will soon learn there are others out there, but won't know just how many. The show will also simulate disaster scenarios, featuring abandoned structures and scarce resources. TBD if there is any prize component to the fun. Castaways premieres August 7th

BILLIONAIRE BOYS GETS RELEASE DATE: Billionaire Boys Club, starring disgraced actor Kevin Spacey, will get a limited release in theaters on August 17th, testing the limits of audience appetite for watching films starring people accused of sexual misconduct. After Spacey was accused of assault by multiple men, the film was temporarily shelved. Spacey was fired from Netflix's House of Cards and All the Money in the World, but the honchos behind Billionaire Boys decided to move forward. Ansel Elgort and Taron Egerton star in Billionaire Boys. Vertical is distributing.

AMC LAUNCHING MOVIE-PASS LIKE SERVICE: The largest theater chain in the U.S., AMC, is offering a subscription service a la MoviePass. It’s more expensive at $19.95 per month, but has fewer restrictions. Dubbed AMC Subs A-List, it will roll out starting June 26th. The service will allow members to watch multiple movies a day and allow repeat viewings.

KEVIN JONAS TEASES THIRD R-RATED CAMP ROCK MOVIE: Camp Rock premiered a decade ago Wednesday, and at the anniversary event, Kevin Jonas told E! the milestone was "crazy" and hinted that a third movie may be headed our way. "We talked about it for a minute," he said, referencing conversations he had with his fellow Jonas Brothers. "Doing something ridiculous like an R-rate version now in our life, like a going back to camp kind of thing." Brother Joe previously said he’d be on board.
