Luca Guadagnino is producing, along with his team behind the Oscar-winner Call Me By Your Name. Born To Be Murdered is set in Athens and will feature a vacationing couple, Washington and Vikander, who fall into a trap. Ferdinando Cito Filomarino (Antonia) will direct.

ABIGAIL DISNEY TAKES ROGER IGER TO TASK: In a fiery op-ed published in the Washington Post under the headline, "It’s time to call out my family’s company — and anyone else rich off their workers’ backs," Abigail Disney, Walt’s grand-niece, took the company to task for paying Robert Iger $65 million last year. "That’s 1,424 times the median pay of a Disney worker. To put that gap in context, in 1978, the average CEO made about 30 times a typical worker’s salary. Since 1978, CEO pay has grown by 937 percent, while the pay of an average worker grew just 11.2 percent," Disney wrote, adding that this "growth in inequality has affected every corner of American life." BEN AFFLECK TO STAR IN, DIRECT GHOST ARMY: Ben Affleck has signed on to direct and star in Ghost Army, a World War II film for Universal Pictures. True Detectiv’s Nic Pizzolato penned the script, which was based on the Rick Beyer & Elizabeth Sayles book The Ghost Army of World War II: How One Top-Secret Unit Deceived the Enemy with Inflatable Tanks, Sound Effects, and Other Audacious Fakery.
