JENNIFER LOPEZ FAKES HER WAY TO THE PENTHOUSE: Jennifer Lopez gives Working Girl a humorous, contemporary spin in Second Act. The trailer for the film dropped Thursday. In it, J. Lo plays an ambitious woman sidelined (and pushing 40) who is ready to use her street smarts to get a … wait for it … second act. STX Entertainment is releasing the film November 21st.

FIRST LOOK AT TITANS: The first trailer has been released for Titans, the forthcoming DC Universe superhero series. DC Universe also revealed subscriptions details for its service. The dark trailer offers a look at Dick Grayson (Brenton Thwaites), Raven (Teagan Croft), Beast Boy (Ryan Potter), and Starfire (Anna Diop). The DC Universe streaming service is also targeting a fall launch with pre-orders for one year starting at $74.99. Notably, Thwaites drops the F-Bomb in the trailer (it’s directed at a famous bat), a first for the DC Universe.

JOKER ORIGIN STORY TO LAND IN 2019: Joaquin Phoenix is set to star as the iconic baddie in the Warner Bros. and DC Film Joker. Director Todd Phillips’ film will land October 4th, 2019. The $55 million film is being sold as an "exploration of a man disregarded by society that is not only a gritty character study, but also a broader cautionary tale."

RUSSELL BRAND & PAULA PATTON JOIN FOUR KIDS AND IT: Russell Brand and Paula Patton are joining Michael Caine and Matthew Goode for the family adventure flick Four Kids and It. Shooting is underway in Ireland. Andy De Emmony (West Is West) is directing the feature, which follows four kids who are scandalized to learn that their beach vacation is cover for a bonding trip with potential future step siblings.

WILL & GRACE CREATORS USED TO WRITE FOR TRUMP: Say what? Max Mutchnick and David Kohan, who spend much of their time mocking President Donald Trump on NBC’s Will & Grace reboot, wrote jokes for Trump and then-wife Marla Maples when they were presenters at the 1994 ESPYs.
