It was "Halloween Night" on Dancing With the Stars: Juniors last night. The remaining contestants entered week four of the competition, putting on their spookiest costumes for an exciting night in the ballroom, hosted by Jordan Fisher and Frankie Muniz.
While each routine was entertaining, hosts Jordan Fisher and Frankie Muniz sadly had to announce the next couple to go home at the end of the night: Alana "Honey Boo Boo" Thompson and her pro partner, Tristan Ianiero, who were mentored by Artem Chigvintsev.
Honey Boo Boo and Tristan opted for the iconic Ghostbusters movie as the theme of their Halloween Night dance. The pair wore red jumpsuits inspired by the hit film. They performed a Jazz dance to Ray Parker Jr.’s "Ghostbusters."
During the pre-dance interview, Honey Boo Boo guaranteed "things are about to get real spooky," adding that "people don’t call her Honey Boo Boo for nothing." Chigvintsev told the pair that the audience should be scared of the performance. This led to a hilarious act where Honey Boo Boo and Tristan blast the ghost of DWTS judge Len Goodman. Adding more to the fun was the moment the pair got slimed at the end of their performance.
The pair’s Halloween-themed performance earned them a second consecutive 21/30 score and positive feedback from the audience. They were given 7s by all three judges. Adam Rippon even quipped that he’d call them if ghosts were attacking him in the mall. However, it was not enough to take them to the next level.
Akash Vuko and Kami Peterson, who danced to the tune of Weird Science, tied with Honey Boo Boo and Tristan with 21/30 score.
Miles Brown and Rylee Arnold earned the highest score. They scored 27/30 for their Samba dance of Bow Wow Wow’s "I Want Candy."AUDIO: DANCING WITH THE STARS JUNIORS ALANA HONEY BOO BOO THOMPSON IS ELIMINATED
