Dave Bautista appears to be itching for a fight. The former WWE wrestler took a shot at the Fast and Furious franchise, which just happens to be fronted by the feud-loving Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson.
The former WWE champ has pivoted his career to acting, with his most notable role being Drax in Guardians of the Galaxy and Avengers. Next, he’ll star alongside Kumail Nanjiani in Stuber. But he’s not interested in just any role. When a fan tweeted that he should join Johnson and John Cena in a spinoff of Fast & Furious with Bautista as the villain, he shot out "Thank you for your consideration,"along with the hashtag "I’d rather do good films."
Fans reacted with mock-horror, issuing "burn" GIFs and predicting an upcoming "beef" between the pair. It certainly wouldn’t be The Rock’s first trip into the ring with Hollywood heavy-hitters. Johnson has had notorious feuds carried out on social media with the likes of Tyrese Gibson, Vin Diesel, Cena (they’ve made up), DJ Khaled and Kevin Hart (this one is more of a faux feud).
