DANNY BOYLE OUT AS DIRECTOR OF JAMES BOND 25

The Trainspotting director Danny Boyle has left the helm of James Bond 25. Production was due to begin in early December, but in a statement posted to the official James Bond Twitter account, producers revealed he’d quit.

The tweet stated simply: "Michael G. Wilson, Barbara Broccoli and Daniel Craig today announced that due to creative differences Danny Boyle has decided to no longer direct Bond 25."

Followers of the account piped up immediately with suggested replacements for the Oscar-winning director, including David Arnold, Martin Campbell, Christopher Nolan and Patty Jenkins.
