1. Have the Game Board stamped at all 16 participating locations
2. Turn completed form into Ashley Furniture Home Store or Cache Valley Media Group by 2 PM, Friday, Dec. 18, 2015
3. Drawing from winners to be held at Ashley Furniture Home Store at 5:30 pm, Friday, Dec. 18, 2015. You MUST be present to win.

Game Rules

1. To be entered to win, have your “Christmas List” stamped at all locations. One entry per person
2. “Christmas List” must be stamped in person.
3. See sponsor for details on individual prizes. Ashley Home Furniture Prize is $10,000 retail value in furniture. Prizes are non transferable and have no cash value
4. Completed entries must be turned in to Cache Valley Media Group or Ashley Furniture by 2 pm Friday, Dec. 18, 2015.
5. Drawing for winners to be held at 5:30 pm Friday, Dec. 18, 2015 at Ashley Home Store, Logan. You MUST be present to win.
6. Must be 18 years or older.
7. Roles may be amended as deemed necessary by Cache Valley Media Group and in all matters of discrepancy is the final judge.
8. Employees and immediate family members of Ashley Furniture and Cache Valley Media Group are ineligible.
9. Liability of taxes and other expenses are winner’s sole responsibility.
