Chris Martin Doesn’t Want to Meet His Alleged Stalker in Court

<div>Chris Martin has filed documents requesting that he give testimony remotely in the case involving his alleged stalker. According to The Blast, the Coldplay frontman doesn’t want to come face-to-face with the stalker and has asked to give testimony by phone or videoconference in court Wednesday. Specifically, Martin claims his in-person testimony would be “limited” because “it will be focused on his reaction to the threats reported to him, and his desire for entry of the restraining orders.” While a judge has yet to rule, Martin’s Director of Security and a forensic psychiatrist are also scheduled to testify in-person. Martin was previously granted a temporary restraining order against Ariana Joyce, who has shown up at his home multiple times and even placed a package inside his gate.</div>
