KEVIN BACON, LIN MANUEL MIRANDA, ENCOURAGE FANS TO VOTE: Everytown for Gun Safety has released a video with 20+ celebrities, including Kevin Bacon, Will Arnett, Charlize Theron, Lin-Manuel Miranda and Susan Sarandon, encouraging fans to vote. They shared their plans to vote in the video. "I know I’m going to do it early in the morning so I can get an ‘I Voted’ sticker and gloat all day," Natalie Morales says. "All kids deserve to feel safe in their homes, schools and communities, which is why we’re voting for Gun Sense Candidates on Election Day," says actors and Everytown Creative Council members Michael J. Fox and Tracy Pollan. "We urge all Americans to join us in making their own preparations to vote, including looking up state and federal candidates who are ready to fight for gun safety."

TOM ARNOLD’S ASSAULT CASE DROPPED: The L.A. City Attorney’s Office will not move forward on assault charges filed by Tom Arnold against Mark Burnett. Arnold filed a battery report against Burnett in September, claiming the MGM Worldwide Television chair choked him at a pre-Emmys party. A spokesperson tells People: "The matter was reviewed by our office and we ultimately declined to file based on insufficient evidence."

POOCH HALL PLEADS NOT GUILTY TO DUI, CHILD ABUSE: Ray Donovan star Marion "Pooch" Hall pleaded not guilty in court Thursday morning to DUI and felony child abuse. He was charged Wednesday after getting busted crashing his car into a parked car with his toddler in his lap. Hall told the court that he has entered rehab, TMZ reports. The judge told him to continue rehab and then commit to two Alcoholic Anonymous meeting as a condition of his bail. If convicted, he faces six years behind bars.

BUSY PHILIPPS TEASES GUEST LIST: As Busy Philipps prepares to launch Busy Tonight (the first episode will drop Sunday, October 28th), she is announcing an impressive list of guests. Kicking things off will be Mindy Kaling, followed by Vanessa Hudgens, Kristen Bell and Meghan Mullally. Later in the season, Julia Roberts, Kim Kardashian and Andy Cohen will appear, among many others. Busy Tonight premieres Sunday at 10 p.m. on E!

BEN STILLER AND CHRISTINE TAYLOR STILL HANG: Friendly exes Ben Stiller and Christine Taylor continue to hang on the regular despite calling it quits more than a year ago after 17 years of marriage. This week, they hit the 2018 Project ALS Gala at Cipriani 42 in New York City, a fundraiser for ALS. Their daughter Ella, 16, and son Quinlin, 13, attended with them.
