PROSECUTOR CLAIMS BILL COSBY IS TRYING TO STALL SENTENCING: Bill Cosby is doing everything he can to delay his upcoming sentencing, according to newly filed court papers seen by Page Six. The 81-year-old’s legal team asked Montgomery County Court Justice Steven O’Neill to step aside this week. (O’Neill declined the request). "Time has come for defendant to face the consequences of his crimes and misdeeds," the motion reads.His sentencing is scheduled for September 24th. Cosby was convicted of three counts of aggravated indecent assault for molesting Andrea Constand in 2004.
BETHENNY FRANKEL TOASTS LATE LOVE AT SKINNYGIRL JEANS LAUNCH: As Bethenny Frankel launches her new clothing line, her late love Dennis Shield is on her mind. "It’s definitely been a different summer. "I’ve had rumors about that since probably – since season one of Mad Men," he said. "I’ve never – I’ve never had a conversation with anybody about it. Literally. And I’ve sat in the rooms with all these guys." Still, if the conversation were broached … "I’d probably fit the suit, you know? I have to – I’d have to work out a lot, which I don’t love."
