WARNER BROS. DISTANCES ITSELF FROM DISGRACED A STAR IS BORN PRODUCER: Just as the Lady Gaga-starring and Bradley Cooper-helmed A Star Is Born makes its bow at film festivals, producer Jon Peters is getting attention for accusations of harassment. Peters, who dated Barbra Streisand and was instrumental in bringing the 1976 version of the film to the screen, was found guilty in 2011 for "severe and pervasive" harassment of former employee Shelly Morita. (He later settled with her in an undisclosed sum). Warner Bros. is backing away from its ties to Peters. "Jon Peters' attachment to this property goes as far back as 1976," said the studio in a statement. "Legally, we had to honor the contractual obligation in order to make this film."

SARAH JESSICA PARKER ACCUSED OF KEEPING $150K IN JEWELS: Sarah Jessica Parker borrowed $150K worth of jewelry for a photo shoot two years ago, and never returned the goods, according to court docs filed by Kat Florence Design, per The Blast. "After the photo shoot was over," Kat Florence claims, "the Defendant asked if she could personally borrow several pieces of the jewelry to wear for a few months and then return all the pieces thereafter."

GEOFFREY OWENS BOOK ACTING GIG: Just a week after Cosby Show alum Geoffrey Owens was photographed working at Trader Joe’s, he booked an acting gig. Owens, who blamed Bill Cosby’s sex scandal on his lack of work, will guest-star on NCIS: New Orleans. He also recently nabbed a recurring role on Tyler Perry’s The Haves and Have Nots.

DEBRA MESSING REIGNITES FEUD WITH SUSAN SARANDON: Debra Messing and Susan Sarandon are at it again. After Sarandon told Variety that President Donald Trump’s administration is unwittingly inspiring women and people of color to run against his policies, Messing took to Twitter telling her to "STFU." She continued: "Oh yes, PLEASE let’s give Trump CREDIT. I mean how else are you able to walk out on the street."

JEFF FAGER OUT AT 60 MINUTES: Following new sexual misconduct allegations, 60 Minutes producer Jeff Fager has been shown the door. CBS news president David Rhodes said: "This action today is not directly related to the allegations surfaced in press reports, which continue to be investigated independently. However, he violated company policy and it is our commitment to uphold those policies at every level. Joe Ianniello is in full support of this decision and the transition to come." On Sunday, CBS CEO Leslie Moonves resigned over sexual misconduct allegations.

MOHAMED HADID DROPS LAWSUIT AGAINST RAPE ACCUSER: Gigi, Bella and Anwar Hadid’s father Mohamed has dropped his lawsuit against model Miranda Vee, who accused him of rape. "Because it is apparent that Miranda Vasquez is a liar and is insolvent," he wrote in court papers obtained by The Blast, "and her allegations are fabricated, there is little point to serving her when she is actively dodging service and her counsel will not accept service on her behalf."

BEKAH MARTINEZ IS PREGNANT: The Bachelor alum Bekah Martinez is expecting her first child with boyfriend Grayston Leonard. The 23-year-old reveals that she became pregnant three months into her relationship, and while it wasn’t planned, she’s excited. "I’ve just come to such a point of accepting it and embracing it and being excited and telling people and all that," she says in a YouTube video. "But I was just in such a state of shock when I found out." She broke the news to Leonard on Father’s Day; the baby is due in January.
