KRISTEN BELL GIFTING MOLDS OF DAX SHEPARD'S SEVERED HEAD: Kristen Bell loves making Christmas as creepy as possible. This year, she gifted a mold of her husband Dax Shepard's severed head at a White Elephant party with her friends. In a video of her friend opening the box with Shepard's head inside, Bell wrote on Instagram Stories, "But I brought something VERY special. What is it??? A mold of @daxshepard severed head of course!!!" She shared videos of her friends' hilarious reactions and a mini makeout session she indulged in with the head. GABRIELLE UNION REACHES OUT TO WOMEN: More than three weeks after Gabrielle Union was allegedly ousted from NBC's America's Got Talent after raising objections to its toxic environment, she appeared at a female empowerment and inclusivity panel at the launch of her holiday collection with New York & Company. While she didn't name AGT, she did open up about how speaking up is important, even if there are financial consequences: "Don't be the happy negro that does the bidding of the status quo because you're afraid. Don't allow them to call you angry when someone else is called passionate. It's terrifying. There's a solid chance you'll lose your job…I speak from experience." Union continued: "Do your best because corporations want global dollars. Do your best to try to hold the door open and hold people responsible. Yeah, I'm asking you to do the impossible…I'm fully aware that job loss is on the table…but if you're not doing it, nobody is."

JENNIFER ANISTON'S STAR-STUDDED X-MAS PARTY: Jennifer Aniston threw a holiday party with a boldface guest list. Among the attendees were her ex-husband Brad Pitt, Gwyneth Paltrow, Kate Hudson and Jimmy Kimmel. A source tells People: "The annual tree trimming party is always Jen's favorite to host. She loves Christmas. As usual, a large group of friends attended." Regarding Pitt's appearance, the source adds, "They have been in touch a few times since her birthday and are keeping it friendly."

THE BACHELOR'S LADIES REVEALED: The 30 new women vying for Peter Weber's roses have been revealed. The Bachelor season 24 will kick off on Monday, January 6th with 30 women in the running, including a cattle rancher and a professional clothier. In the season premiere, Weber will reduce the number of women from 30 to 22. Also on tap this season: a star-studded runway walk-off with judges Carson Kressley and Janice Dickinson, an extreme pillow fight with Demi Burnett and a play-by-play between host Chris Harrison and Fred Willard.
