JONATHAN VAN NESS SHARES HIV DIAGNOSIS: In Jonathan Van Ness' new memoir, he discloses his HIV positive status. The 32-year-old Queer Eye star told The New York Times that it's time the issues that led to HIV get talked about. "I've had nightmares every night for the past three months because I'm scared to be this vulnerable with people," he said. "There are issues that need to be talked about." Van Ness reveals that he tested positive at age 25 after fainting while working. He also revealed that he was abused by an older boy at a young age, which "planted the seed for other self-destructive behaviors," according to the Times. By the time he was in his early 20s, Van Ness was using methamphetamine and had been in rehab twice.

STAR TREK'S ARON EISENBERG DEAD AT 50: Aron Eisenberg, who rose to fame in the 90's playing Nog on Star Trek: Deep Space Nine has died. Eisenberg was 50. He is survived by his new wife, Malíssa Longo, and two sons, Christopher Eisenberg and Nicholas Eisenberg.

KEVIN HUNTER PREPPING FOR LAWSUIT? Kevin Hart, the driver and the other passenger in the 1970 Plymouth Barracuda that crashed over Labor Day weekend are reportedly lawyering up. The passengers are claiming Hart showed negligence for not having essential safety features installed in the car, such as airbags and safety harnesses, TMZ reports. The body-shop may also get targeted in the suit.

PARIS HILTON MOURNS GRANDFATHER'S DEATH: The Hilton family is grieving after losing Barron Hilton, who has died at the age of 91. Barron, the son of Conrad Hilton, was chairman, president and CEO of Hilton Hotels Corporation. Following his death, granddaughter Paris Hilton paid tribute to him on Instagram. She wrote: "I am deeply saddened by the loss of my grandfather Barron Hilton. He was a legend, a visionary, brilliant, handsome, kind and lived a life full of accomplishment and adventure. Ever since I was a little girl I have looked up to him as a businessman. I feel so grateful to have had such an incredible mentor. I always wanted to make him proud." Hilton is survived by his eight children, 15 grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.

HOUSE HUNTERS' SUZANNE WHANG DIES: House Hunters' host Suzanne Wang has died after a decade-long battle with breast cancer. She was 56. Her partner Jeff Vezain shared the sad news on Facebook: "A lifetime of love, adventure, humor and bliss now lives in our memories. On Tuesday evening around 7:20pm, Suzanne breathed her last breath here at home, as I knelt beside her and caressed her. For thirteen years she confronted cancer with courage, humor, determination and optimism. She was immensely encouraged by the love of her family, friends and those she had yet to meet. Your kind, loving messages always lifted her spirits."
