IS BETHENNY FRANKEL MARRIED TO JASON HOPPY? Outgoing Real Housewives of New York star Bethenny Frankel is still married to Jason Hoppy, Page Six reports. The pair have a notoriously acrimonious relationship, with both parties accusing the other of abuse in their battle over the custody of their daughter. "Jason and Bethenny are still technically married," Hoppy's matrimonial attorney Robert Wallack told The Post. "While Jason has been pushing for years to have the judge sign the divorce judgment, Bethenny's lawyers have objected."

INSIDE SOFIA RICHIE'S VEGAS BIRTHDAY: Sofia Richie rang in her 21s tbirthday in Las Vegas with a squad including boyfriend Scott Disick, Kylie Jenner and girlfriends at the Encore Beach Club. She sported a Chanel suit and handed out cupcakes that read, "Happy Birthday Sofia." On Instagram, she posted shots of herself dancing, then headed to dinner at Cipriani.

HILARY DUFF IS REBOOTING LIZZIE MCGUIRE: Hilary Duff is beyond excited to revisit her star-turning role as Lizzie McGuire in a reboot of the show on Disney+. "It feels very surreal, to be honest. I've been living with this information for a few months now, so it's been very hard to even contain my excitement," Duff told ET's Ash Crossan on the D23 red carpet after making the announcement on Friday afternoon. "She's such a big part of me and my life, and now she's 30, and I feel like I'm going to have to learn some of her quirky faces again. But I'm excited!" In the new show, she is a millennial living in NYC on the cusp of her 30th birthday, trying to balance love, work and life.

CHRIS SOULES ACCEPTS PROBATION: Bachelor alum Chris Soules has accepted probation for his involvement in a 2017 car crash that resulted in the death of a 66-year-old man. He ultimately pleaded guilty for "leaving the scene of a serious injury accident" in May this year. According to reports, he will serve two years probation.

PAUL HAGGIS ACCUSERS WALKED OUT DURING DEPOSITIONS: Two accusers of Oscar-winning director Paul Haggis walked out while being deposed by his lawyers, according to court papers, Page Six reports. "During their prior depositions, both Jane Doe #2 and Jane Doe #3 walked out before the Defendant had the opportunity to complete his examination," Haggis' lawyer, Priya Chaudhry, wrote in new Manhattan Supreme Court papers adding she "vehemently objected" to the alleged walk-outs.

CAMERON DALLAS REVEALS HE'S 105 DAYS SOBER: Social media star Cameron Dallas is opening up about his struggles with addiction and depression. "I have been in rehab," the social media influencer told fans, "and I have been getting help and dealing with addiction, anxiety, depression and family trauma... I'm 105 days sober, so that's really awesome, and I want to stay on this path. I kind of want to be an advocate an help others and spread awareness to people to give them an opportunity to get help." The 24-year-old has more than 21 million Instagram followers. He also starred in a Netflix reality TV series based on his life called Chasing Cameron.
