CELEBRITIES SHARE TOUCHING NOTES ON MEMORIAL DAY

Everyone was feeling the feels on Memorial Day, a day dedicated to honoring people who died while serving the United States Armed Forces. Celebrities acknowledged the important holiday on social media.

Among them were Christie Brinkley, who shared a shot of herself in her 20s with members of the U.S. Armed Forces.

She wrote: "I’m grateful for the many opportunities I have had over the years to personally thank our men and women who serve to protect our country."

Ellen DeGeneres also gave the troops a shot out, writing that she was "sending love to everyone who has served and are serving our country this Memorial Day".

Selma Blair, Sarah Jessica Parker, January Jones, Glenn Close and Kris Jenner were also among those sharing tributes.
