KIM KARDASHIAN SAYS GOD WANTED CHI TO LOOK LIKE HER, APOLOGIZES FOR WEIGHT LOSS COMMENTS

Kim Kardashian knows why her daughter looks like her—but it's not what you think. She says she and 8-month-old Chi look alike because God decreed it.

"I think I was so nervous to have a surrogate and to have that connection that God was like, ‘I’m going to make her look just like you,’" Kardashian revealed on the Tuesday, October 2, episode of Ashley Graham’s podcast "Pretty Big Deal."

She and husband Kanye West also share North, 5, and Saint, 2, and decided to go the surrogate route when doctors told her that carrying a third child to term would pose serious health risks.

WEIGHT LOSS

Kardashian also addressed the blowback she got after announcing on social media that she weighed 119 pounds.

"I 100 percent completely understand where people would be coming from that felt that way," she said. "My intention is never to offend anyone and I really apologize if I offended anyone."

"You look so skinny," Kendall Jenner said in one clip posted on Kim's Instagram Stories back in August. "I’m really concerned. I don’t think you’re eating."

"I’ve never seen a human being look as good. It’s like… you’re a walking Facetune doll," Khloe Kardashian added, noting her sister looked "anorexic."

Social media users and celebs were horrified. Stephanie Beatriz and Emmy Rossum were among those who reacted, saying the comments could trigger eating disorders.

"I know people that have serious eating disorders that have been in and out of the hospital for 15 years, close people," she revealed. "So, I’ve been through, I’ve experienced it enough to have known better."

GWYNETH PALTROW OPENS UP ABOUT SECOND MARRIAGE

Until Gwyneth Paltrow fell for Brad Falchuk, she didn’t think she’d marry again. She and first husband Chris Martin share two children and famously "consciously uncoupled" in 2014 after 10 years of marriage.

This past weekend, the 46-year-old Oscar-winner married American Horror Story co-creator Falchuk in an intimate wedding at her home in the Hamptons.

"I think that marriage is a really beautiful, noble and worthwhile institution, pursuit and endeavor," Paltrow told Marie Claire UK. "Because I don't think you get married and that's it—I think it's the beginning. You create this third entity, this third being that you have to nourish and look after."

She continued: "For a while, I thought, I don't know if I'd ever do it again. I have my kids—what's the point?"

But then. "And then I met this incredible man, who made me think, no, this person is worth making this commitment to," Paltrow said.

And as it turns out, she says "I'm very much the marrying kind. I love making a home."

BOBBY BONES GOES ROGUE ON ‘DANCING WITH THE STARS’

It was New York night on last night’s episode of Dancing With the Stars. Celebrating the beauty, the history and the regal elegance of the Big Apple, the pros kicked things with a classy, over-the-top musical group number set to "On Broadway."

The routine was choreographed by the show's own Emmy-winning Mandy Moore and featured Tiler Peck, a principal dancer at the New York City Ballet.

One of the highlights of the night was Bobby Bones – who went rogue.

At the end of his second week performance – a foxtrot routine set to Frank Sinatra’s "New York, New York" – the Nashville-based radio personality decided to finish with a spur-of-the-moment "floss" dance. The move surprised everyone in the studio, including his professional dance partner, Sharna Burgess. Judge Bruno Tonioli called him "brilliantly bonkers."

"I’m confused," judge Carrie Ann Inaba said with a laugh.

"I was feeling it in my heart," Bones said as he caught his breath. "... Len, I knew you would love it."

"It’s not the most elegant foxtrot I’ve ever seen," judge Len Goodman said. "But what I love about you, you come out, and you give it all you’ve got. And you sell it. Well done."

Bones and Burgess scored a collective 20 points from the judges – the same score they earned in Week 1.

Here’s a breakdown of how the other celebs did:

DeMarcus Ware and Lindsay Arnold danced the Foxtrot to "Boy from New York City." Len Goodman was impressed with how much DeMarcus had improved, while Bruno Tonioli said it looked like he’d been dancing since birth. They scored 24/30.

Danelle Umstead and Artem Chigvintsev danced the Cha Cha to "Welcome to New York." Even though Danielle had a misstep and Carrie Ann Inaba called her out for mouthing the count, Len was impressed. They scored 18/30.

John Schneider and Emma Slater danced the Charleston to "New York’s My Home." Bruno called the smooth dance a "first class ride," and it was a clear step up from the week prior. They scored a 23/30.

Nancy McKeon and Val Chmerkovskiy danced the Cha Cha to "Uptown Girl." Although Nancy had a fractured foot and had a small misstep, she stayed confident throughout. They scored 21/30.

Alexis Ren and Alan Bersten danced the Argentine Tango to "Swan Lake." Len was impressed, giving the dance a nine, while Carrie Ann wasn’t thrilled with the lift. They scored 25/30.

"Grocery Store " Joe Amabile and Jenna Johnson danced the Foxtrot to "New York State of Mind." Joe found his confidence this week and it showed in his performance, regardless of the fact that he was the only "star" with no performance experience whatsoever. They scored a 17/30.

Tinashe and Brandon Armstrong danced the Argentine Tango to "New Dorp. New York." The duo brought the sexy to the tango for this number, with Carrie Ann calling it "the bomb," and their scores echoed that. They got a 26/30.

Milo Manheim and Witney Carson danced the Charleston to "Living in New York City." They shocked everyone, judges included, after a rocky performance week one. They even tied for the top score of the night with 26/30.

Mary Lou Retton and Sasha Farber danced the Waltz to "A Natural Woman." Mary Lou started out a little stiff and unsure, and then when the chorus came in, she let loose. Len made Sasha's night when he praised Mary Lou’s hand on her final turn. He did criticize her shoulders, which Bruno echoed when he warned against "losing her neck." They scored a 22/30.

Juan Pablo Di Pace and Cheryl Burke danced a Quickstep to "42nd Street." While Len told Juan Pablo to be careful with his posture, Carrie Ann really enjoyed it and they became the third team to tie for first place with a score of 26/30.

Evanna Lynch and Keo Motsepe danced the Samba to "Can’t Touch It." The judges loved the new attitude, but they also appreciated how much strength and power it took to hit each of her lifts and poses. They scored a 24/30.

MEGHAN MARKLE’S ESTRANGED SISTER APOLOGIZES

Is it ever too late to say "I’m sorry?" Samantha Markle is about to find out. She traveled to England to plead her case and find out if her estranged sister, Dutchess Meghan Markle, will forgive her for basically saying she was the spawn of Satan before her marriage to Prince Harry.

In a segment on Jeremy Vine’s U.K. talk show, she pitched her case.

"I would just say that there is so much water under the bridge and so much has spun out of control that was never intended to," Samantha said. "And you know, I think everybody was hurt not being included or invited to the wedding, but I felt as though it could have all been nipped in the bud had everyone been included, and we all just agreed to move forward with positive resolve. The hurt feelings wouldn't have snowballed, but believe it or not, it doesn't mean that we love you any less, I just think that families can be this way when there's confusion and people are hurt. So moving forward, I apologize and wish things could be different."

The 53-year-old attempted to visit Meghan—whom she very recently referred to as duchA**, repeatedly slammed in the press and publicly counseled Harry not to marry her in the days leading up to their May nuptials—at Kensington Palace, but her request has not yet been acknowledged.

Last week, publicist Robert Cooper tweeted: "Samantha Markle is coming to the UK. After making numerous attempts in private to arrange a one on one meeting with The Duchess of Sussex to discuss their 74 year old father’s health, Kensington Palace have refused to respond. I fear Meghan may not be made aware of these discreet attempts and therefore making this public is the only option we have left."

KANYE WEST CLARIFIES 13TH AMENDMENT STATEMENT

Kaye West has clarified the statement he previously made about abolishing the 13th Amendment, revealing that his misspoke. As previously reported, Kanye uploaded a photo of himself to social media, wearing a Make America Great Again hat, and captioned the picture, "This represents good and America becoming whole again. We will no longer outsource to other countries. We build factories here in America and create jobs. We will provide jobs for all who are free from prisons as we abolish the 13th amendment. Message sent with love." During a recent conversation with TMZ’s Harvey Levin, Kanye cleared up the comment, saying, "And what I want to say is abolish was the wrong language, I misspoke by saying abolish. Amend is the right language. What's beautiful about our constitution is we can amend it. Right? So, in 1865, the 13th amendment stated that no man is destined to slavery or involuntary servitude unless convicted of a crime. This translates to: in order to make a freed man a slave, all you have to do is convict them of a crime."

‘Ye also revealed that he has been trying to contact Colin Kaepernick to bring him to the White House for a meeting with Donald Trump. He said, "I've been callin' Colin this morning, reachin' him, so I can bring Colin to the White House. We can remove that 'sons of bitches' statement and we can be on the same page."

In other news, Kanye has explained why his album, Yandhi — which was supposed to drop over the weekend, has not yet been released. He told Levin, "I didn’t finish it. A person from our management staff had suggested because the album is so good … I started incorporating sounds that you’ve never heard before and pushing and having concepts that people don’t talk about. We have concepts talking about body-shaming and women being looked down upon for how many people that they slept with — it’s just a full YE album."

The rapper then said that he will be going to Africa to finish up the album, saying, "This is the type of energy we’re putting into the album, so we’re going to Africa in two weeks to record. I felt this energy when I was in Chicago. I felt the roots. We have to go to what is known as Africa. I just need to go and find out what it’s really called and just really grab the soil and be and cook food. I want to have the mic in the open so you can hear nature while we’re recording. We’re going to bring out the album on what is known as Black Friday. I’m so happy about what is happening."

ROSIE O’DONNELL OPENS UP ABOUT ESTRANGED DAUGHTER AS RUMORS OF HER FUTURE ON ‘THE TALK’ SWIRL

Rosie O’Donnell is opening up on CBSThe Talk as her name gets floated as a possible replacement for Julie Chen. (Chen left her co-hosting post following her husband CBS CEO Leslie Moonves’ ouster over sexual misconduct charges).

O’Donnell, 56, spoke on her relationship with her 20-year-old pregnant daughter Chelsea, from whom she has been estranged many times over the years: "I think with my relationship with my daughter, Chelsea, it really has because we went through some really public troubled times. She’s doing better now and we’re both communicating with each other."

O’Donnell adopted Chelsea as a baby with her late then-wife Kelli Carpenter-O’Donnell.

She continued: "When somebody does something unforgivable to you and you can forgive them and they can forgive you, there’s a kind of grace that descends upon the both of you, within that."

O’Donnell also touched on her other daughter, Dakota, who was diagnosed with autism in 2016. The diagnosis, she says, caused her panic attacks to increase.

"It’s been worse since my daughter got diagnosed with autism. I have a 5 and half year old, and the first day that I was in the meeting and they said, ‘No, she does have autism’… I got slop sweat like William Hurt in Broadcast News. I was like dripping and my heart was going," O'Donnell shared. "It all revolves around trying to protect her from being vulnerable and knowing that there’s only so much that I can do as a mom."

She continues to tail the family, trying to take their children, until the mother finally loses it and smacks Lohan in the face. Social media, predictably, reacted with horror.

GWYNETH PALTROW AND BRAD FALCHUK MARRY IN THE HAMPTONS

Gwyneth Paltrow and Brad Falchuk have made it official! The Goop founder and American Horror Story producer got married in the Hamptons Saturday evening, according to multiple reports. (Many of which contained faux-horror and admiration for the fact that Falckuk—GASP—drove himself to the ceremony in a red car!)

The pair got married earlier this year and Falchuk’s producing partner Ryan Murphy through them an already legendary party in L.A. with over 400 celebrity attendees!

SECOND CHANCE

The 46-year-old Paltrow wrote of giving love and marriage a second chance in her magazine Goop’s January issue: "I have decided to give it a go again, not only because I believe I have found the man I was meant to be with, but because I have accepted the soul-stretching, pattern-breaking opportunities that (terrifyingly) are made possible by intimacy."

She met her 47-year-old now husband on the set of Glee in 2010. She famously consciously uncoupled from her husband, Coldplay frontman Chris Martin in 2014; Paltrow and Falchuk reportedly began dating the same year. Paltrow and Martin have remained besties and frequently appear in each other’s social media feeds. He played New York’s Global Citizen Festival the day of their wedding and could not attend.

Falchuk’s previous marriage to Suzanne Bukinik also ended in divorce. They both bring two children to the marriage and do not plan to have more with each other.

Of the wedding, Paltrow told People she considers it her first, as she and Martin eloped in 2003.

BRADLEY COOPER IS EPICALLY, POLITELY UNCOOPERATIVE WITH ‘THE NEW YORK TIMES’

The grey lady has met her match in Bradley Cooper. On Thursday, celebrity profiler Taffy Brodesser-Akner explains that while she did her best, Cooper simply wouldn’t sell his soul for good P.R. a la the classic puff piece.

The 43-year-old star is nominally on a press tour to promote A Star Is Born. He does double-duty as director co-star along with Lady Gaga. While he’s previously piped up about his hard-won sobriety, the 2011 death of his father and welcoming a daughter himself with Irina Shayk last year, he wouldn’t budge this time.

"Turns out the celebrity profile is *not* dead but some people very much wish it were. Please enjoy my story about Bradley Cooper, who made a movie of art and truth and beauty that he will just not explain to me," tweeted Brodesser-Akner.

"It's wonderful that people want to ask me questions," he told her. "I just find that no matter how much time we spend together, it's only by spending time and doing something with somebody that you start to get to see how they work and how they interact with other people and who they are, you know? You couldn't get to know me in this scenario just as much as I don't know who you are."

NAOMI CAMPBELL EVISCERATES KENDALL JENNER, CARDI B AND NICKI MINAJ

Shade-throwing champ and supermodel Naomi Campbell is at it again! The notably opinionated Campbell appeared on Bravo’s Watch What Happens Live With Andy Cohen and things got real when a viewer called in to ask her for her thoughts on Kendall Jenner.

Jenner, the highest-paid model in the world, got considerable blowback for remarks she made claiming she’d "never" do 30 runways shows in a single season like many of the models out there. =

Campbell's response? "Next question."

It gets shadier. Cohen asked her if she went to the Harper’s Bazaar ICONS party recently where Cardi B recently threw her shoe at rival Nicki Minaj.

"No. It was called the ICON party, but there were no icons there," Campbell said. "I'm going to say it, because I told it to Carine Roitfeld to her face, so I don't think it's something I can't say."

Campbell says that instead of going, she and fellow catwalker Kate Moss were "at home on the couch watching TV. I had to say that, but I was disappointed," she added. "I don't want to see women of color fight. I don't want to see women fight, period. So, not there. Not that. It's all music. There's no division of music and music's for everybody. There's no discrimination. I felt very disappointed."

She did have kind words to say about Cindy Crawford’s daughter, the up-and-coming Kaia Gerber: "She's adorable. I'm quite proud of Kaia. I've sat with her and her mother at Azzedine Alaïa's house...and sat at the kitchen table, and we just went through all the shows she should do and shouldn't do at the moment, because she's a baby. And she has followed everything. Really, I am very proud of her."

BUSY PHILIPPS DROPS RAPE, PARENTING & MARRIAGE BOMBSHELLS

The Dawson’s Creek alum is not one to pull punches. The host of E!s Busy Tonight, Busy Philipps, is taking on a lot of controversial parenting topics in her new cover interview with Parents magazine. She also revealed on Instagram Thursday that she was raped when she was 14.

ON BEING RAPED

Philips shared her rape story as Supreme Court nominee Brett Kavanaugh and Christine Blasey Ford testified before a judiciary committee. (Ford claims Kavanaugh assaulted her).

"#TBT This is me at 14. The age I was raped. It's taken me 25 years to say those words," she shared with her followers. "I wrote about it in my book. I finally told my parents and sister about it 4 months ago. Today is the day we are silent no more. All of us. I'm scared to post this. I can't imagine what Dr. Ford is feeling right now."

ON HER PARENTING PHILISOPHY

Philips shares two daughters, Cricket Pearl, 5, and Birdie Leigh, 10, with husband Marc Silverstein. It hasn't always been picture-perfect, she shares.

Philips says: "I call myself the all-over-the-place, doesn’t-have-a-plan mom. Is that a parenting philosophy. On a daily basis, I’m just trying to hold it together."

The 39-year-old continues: "Our family has no absolute rules about screen time or sugar or anything. Marc and I were raised that way, and we turned out fine."

ON DRINKING WHILE PARENTING

"This may be controversial, but I’m just going to say it: I’m so f—ing over the culture of mommy wine and glasses that say ‘Mommy juice.’ You go to a preschool birthday party at 10 a.m., and it’s like, ‘Does anyone want a wine cooler?’ Um, no, girlfriend. I want to make sure my daughter doesn’t fall off this play structure. It’s such a weird thing!"

The Freaks and Geeks alum continues: "If you know me at all, you know I love a good margarita. I just don’t think the two things need to be tied together. I’m the best mom when I’m sober."

ON MARRIAGE VS. PARENTING

Philips keeps it real regarding her husband too: "He was not understanding how to be a dad and, in fact, didn’t try. I was parenting by myself. When I told him I wanted to have a second child, he said, ‘Fine, but it’s all on you.’ That was so heartbreaking."

But things have changed: "We’ve had a lot of serious discussions and counseling, and he’s incredibly participatory now in a way I don’t think he could’ve imagined before. We’re a work in progress but trying our best, and that’s the most you can do."

ON BODY IMAGE:

She is not feeling the post-preg body, and she's not going to pretend: "I’m able to intellectually appreciate the fact that my body has done a truly incredible thing, but I don’t love the extra skin. People say, ‘Wear it like a badge!’ Um, yeah, that doesn’t speak to me. I’d rather have a flat stomach."

On setting an example for her girls: "Now, I just try to make healthy, balanced choices and don’t call any food ‘bad.’ My girls see me exercise, but they also see me eat nachos. I think both are important."

THOMAS RAVENEL ARRESTED, CHARGED WITH ASSAULT AND BATTERY: Southern Charm star Thomas Ravenel was arrested in South Carolina Tuesday and charged with assault and battery in the second degree. The 56-year-old left the Bravo show last month after multiple women came forward accusing him of sexual misconduct. At the time, he said: "I'm not doing the show anymore. In the contract they have the right to fictionalize your story. They took advantage of me. I decided I've got too much to lose and informed them I'm not coming back."

PADMA LAKSHMI REVEALS PENS OP-ED ON HER RAPE: Top Chef host and model Padma Lakshmi is opening up about being raped when she was 16. In an op-ed for The New York Times, she discusses being assaulted by an older boyfriend. "While we were talking, I was so tired that I lay on the bed and fell asleep. The next thing I remember is waking up to a very sharp stabbing pain like a knife blade between my legs. He was on top of me," Lakshmi recalls in the essay. "I asked, ‘What are you doing?’ He said, ‘It will only hurt for a while.’ ‘Please don’t do this,’ I screamed." She says she was moved to open up in light of sexual assault allegations against Supreme Court nominee Brett Kavanaugh, saying she didn’t report her attack either. Several GOP leaders have said the allegations couldn't be true because they were not reported.

MARTIN SHEEN OPENS UP ABOUT SON CHARLIE SHEEN: Martin Sheen attended an event benefiting The People Concern Monday, and while there, the 78-year-old told Us Weekly that he takes philanthropy personally in light of his 53-year-old son Charlie Sheen’s struggles with addiction. BILL COSBY SENTENCED TO THREE TO 10 YEARS IN PRISON

Bill Cosby has been sentenced to three to 10 years in state prison for sexual assault. The 81-year-old comedian is now officially classified as a "sexually violent predator." The classification means he will be legally required to undergo counseling for life and he will be listed on a sex offender registery.

He declined to make a statement when Judge Steven O’Neill gave him the opportunity. His request for bail pending appeal was denied and he was led out of the courtroom in handcuffs.

IMPACT ON ANDREA CONSTAND

Upon sentencing Cosby, Judge O'Neill said: "Mr. Cosby you took her beautiful healthy young spirit and crushed it."

He told Constand that he "heard the very clear impact" the assault had on her life.

In an impact statement made public Tuesday, Constand said: "To truly understand the impact that the sexual assault has had on my life, you have to understand the person that I was before it happened."

The assault caused her to stop eating, sleeping and socializing, she said.

SECOND TRIAL

Cosby was arrested in 2015. A deadlocked jury resulted in a mistrial in June of 2017.

In April, Cosby was found guilty of three counts of sexual assault for drugging and molesting Temple University employee Andrea Constand in 2004. She was one of dozens of sexual assault accusers, but the only one whose case could be tried in court due to statute of limitations laws.

His wife, Camille, was not present at the sentencing, though two of his accusers—Lili Bernard and Janice Dickinson—were.
