The circumstances behind Gabrielle Union's ouster from NBC's America's Got Talent are being investigated by SAG-AFTRA.

A spokesperson for the actors' union told ET: "We take issues of workplace health and safety very seriously. We immediately reached out to Ms. Union's representatives when these reports came to light. It is our practice to work closely with members who reach out to us and their representatives in instances like this, as that usually affords the best protection and best resolution for the affected member."

"For certain matters, our investigation and enforcement needs to happen independently and we are prepared to handle this issue accordingly, as warranted," the statement continued. "Our enforcement action is usually handled confidentially to protect the member involved, and we typically do not publicize these matters unless the member requests that we do so."

SAG-AFTRA added that, "while we have taken steps to investigate this matter, we have nothing to report now."

Meanwhile, NBC and AGT's production teams have also issued statements saying the "remain committed to ensuring a respectful workplace for all employees and take very seriously any questions about workplace culture."

"We are working with Ms. Union through her representatives to hear more about her concerns, following which we will take whatever next steps may be appropriate," the statement added.

In apparent response to the statement, Union then retweeted a list stipulating how to make a real apology. It read: "1. Sincerely admit wrong doing directly to the offended party. 2. Be twice as loud correcting your mistake as you were making the mistake. 3. Lay out steps to correct your behavior in the future. Anything less is covering your own a--."

Union was reportedly let go after expressing concern over the show's "toxic culture." She was reportedly upset over what she considered to racially insensitive jokes and the fact that her hairstyle was deemed "too black" for AGT audiences.

One alleged incident involved guest host Jay Leno.

"Leno made a crack about a painting on display in a hallway of Simon Cowell, the show's executive producer and judge, surrounded by his dogs," Variety reported. "Leno joked that the pets looked like something one would find 'on the menu at a Korean restaurant.'"

Leno didn't address the incident, but told TMZ: "I love Gabrielle Union. She's a great girl."

Multiple celebrities, including Ellen Pompeo, Sophia Bush, Ariana Grande and Debra Messing rallied to her defense on social media.

President Donald Trump is returning to Buckingham Palace and American princess Meghan Markle is opting out of meeting with him … again.

Trump is headed to London for a two-day NATO summit, which will include a cocktail party at Buckingham Palace today (Tuesday), hosted by Queen Elizabeth. Kate Middleton, Prince Charles and Camilla, Duchess of Cornwall will attend, but Meghan and Prince Harry are sticking to their stated intention to take a break from royal life during the holidays. Prince William will also be absent, as he is traveling in a royal tour of Kuwait and Oman.

The pair are reportedly opting out of the spotlight, which means absenting themselves from annual holiday festivities at Sandringham, including their public walk to church on Christmas morning, and meals and parties with the Queen and the rest of the royals.

In June, Trump, 73, and First Lady Melania Trump, 49, visited the U.K. in June, and attended a banquet with the Queen, Charles, Camilla, Kate and William at Buckingham Palace. Harry joined the royals and the Trumps for an exhibit at the Palace, but Meghan did not, and reportedly chose to sit it out due to her maternity leave.

However, then and now, there was speculation that she didn't want to attend because Trump has publicly reacted with surprise at learning that Meghan had labeled him "misogynistic" during the 2016 presidential campaign.

"I didn't know that she was nasty," Trump reportedly said of Meghan.

Meanwhile, Rod Stewart thinks Meghan and Harry should do their royal duty and hang with the Queen at Christmas. The British rocker told The Daily Mail: "I was a bit disappointed that Harry and Meghan have decided not to spend Christmas with the Queen this year. If I was Harry, I'd think there was plenty of time in the future to have Christmases on my own or with Meghan's mum. The Queen's 93. I flew around the world to be with my mum and dad at Christmas because I knew they didn't have many left."

Olivia Jade returned to YouTube Sunday after a nine-month absence. She went offline after her mother Lori Loughlin and father Mossimo Giannulli were accused of bribing officials with $500K in a bid to get Olivia and her sister Bella into University of Southern California. Loughlin and Giannulli have pleaded not guilty and face 40 years behind bars if convicted.

A source tells ET that Olivia missed social media, but felt conflicted about returning because the backlash she received after charges against her parents emerged was so intense.

The source says: "Her life has always been so public and she had a life she was proud of, but the backlash, in the beginning, was more than she could take. Lori encouraged her to step away because it was brutal. Now that she has returned, she has been told that she cannot discuss her mom and dad or the ongoing case. Her parents are both supportive of her going back to YouTube, as long as she sticks to that rule."

In the video, she addressed her conundrum: "A part of me is like, 'Should I come back to YouTube right now?' Because it's been so long, and I actually really, really miss it. Like, I genuinely, miss filming. I feel like a huge part of me is just not the same, because this is something that I'm really passionate about and something I really like to do, but I also didn't know. I debated for seven or eight months, like, 'Well, if I can't talk about it, is there a point in coming back and not being able to say anything?'"

Fans and critics reacted on social media after Olivia's return. Wrote one: "i still love you. conflicted still but i feel like you'll have a good explanation for what happened once ur legally allowed to talk about it." Another wrote: "Liv you deserve to have a life, you're a great youtuber and we've really missed you!"

Not everyone was as enthusiastic. Wrote one critic: "You've become an icon for corruption and elitism. Hopefully the public disdain for you, will lead to more purposeful content on your part."

So Caitlyn Jenner and Khloe Kardashian haven't really spoken during the five years since she transitioned, she said on I'm a Celeb.

The 70-year-old spilled the beans, and said that while Khloe was openly "pissed off" during her transition, she isn't sure what her current "issues" are. When asked who she first discussed her transition with, Caitlyn said: "The first was the kids, I started with Brandon my son and he said to me: ‘Dad, I've always been so proud to be your son but I've never been more proud of you than right now.' It was a heavy one. The only one that was really that I was still even to this day was Khloé. For some reason was pissed off about something through this whole process, honestly it's been five or six years and I really haven't talked to her since."

She added: "We were really close, I raised her since she was five years old, I really don't know what her issues are."

Caitlyn married Khloe's mom Kris Jenner in 1991, and acted as a step-parent to Kim, Kourtney, and Rob Kardashian. Caitlyn and Kris split in 2014, and a year later, Caitlyn came out as transgender.

Meanwhile, Caitlyn claimed that daughter Kylie Jenner spends upwards of $400K per month on security. She said: "Kylie will spend anywhere between $300,000 and $400,000 a month. A ton of money. Everywhere. It's a big operation."

Fellow Celeb contestant Roman Kemp then asked "How does that make you feel that your daughters have to go through that just to go to the shops?" and Caitlyn said "It's sad but they have been doing it forever. They like having the security guys there."

Disgraced comedian Louis C.K. made a Holocaust joke to an Israeli audience in Tel Aviv. The 52-year-old, who admitted to masturbating in front of co-workers against their will, said: "I'd rather be in Auschwitz than New York City. I mean now, not when it was open."

C.K.'s paternal grandfather was Jewish. He is in the midst of an international comedy tour, an attempt to re-enter the mainstream comedy world.

The audience may have applauded his line, but on social media, not so much. Wrote one: "Louis CK also joked at the show about the accusations that he masturbated in front of women without their consent. How's that for contrition and reflection over time?," while another opined, "The only thing more pitiful than what Louis CK has become are those who'll continue to pretend he's Hilarious! Edgy! Fearless! because he serves their obsessive trigger-the-left purposes."

He's set to perform in Hungary next week, and will return to the U.S. to play shows in New Orleans, Houston and Detroit in February.
