Prince William attended the first-ever This Can Happen conference in London alongside friend Neil Laybourn, in a bid to highlight the issue of men’s mental health.

The 36-year-old royal took part in an interactive workshop created to underline the importance of physical and emotional health. During the conference, he addressed his own past as a pilot at the East Anglian Air Ambulance. He says that having three children himself with Kate Middleton made some calls involving children so "very traumatic" they almost sent him "over the edge."

William worked with doctors and paramedics providing emergency services throughout England.

"I got very sad and very down about this particular family," he said.

William continued: "After I had my own children, I think the relation between the job and the personal life was what really took me over the edge, and I started feeling things that I have never felt before. Talking was really important, but even that wasn't quite enough for one particular incident for me."

William urged employers to care for the mental health of their workers: "There's still a stigma about mental health. We are chipping away at it but that wall needs to be smashed down."

Break-ups are awkard in the best of circumstances … now imagine there’s a $2 million diamond ring in the mix. That’s what’s happening in the Paris Hilton/Chris Zylka split, amid reports that she dumped him, but is hanging on to the mesmerizingly large (20 carats!) pear-shaped sparkler he proposed with.

According to TMZ, Hilton is hanging on the ring, but that Zylka plans a "hard ask I Paris doesn’t" cough up the goods soon. Hilton hasn’t been the most devoted of caretakers of the gem thus far, managing to lose it at a Miami rave in March, just four months after receiving it.

It was "just so heavy and big," it "literally flew" off her finger and into an ice bucket, she breathlessly explained on Twitter.

Hilton, who hasn’t publicly commented on her breakup, alluded to it in an Instagram post. She dressed up as Marilyn Monroe, and shared a favorite quote from the siren as her caption: I believe that everything happens for a reason. People change so that you can learn to let go. Things go wrong so that you appreciate them when they're right. You believe lies so you eventually learn to trust no one but yourself. And sometimes good things fall apart so better things can fall together."

This Is Us star Mandy Moore married Dawes musician Taylor Goldsmith in front of family and friends Sunday afternoon in L.A., E! News reports. An insider tells the publication that it was "an intimate backyard wedding at Mandy's home that started just after sundown on Sunday evening."

The look was reportedly "very boho," with "rugs on the floor" surrounding an altar. Flower arrangements included large feathers, and Moore wore a dress by Rodarte. In a new-deleted post, Moore’s pal and makeup artists Jenn Streicher posted shots of the dress, which is uber girly, with ruffles, flowers and a cotton-candy pink hue.

Moore, 34, and Goldsmith, 32, celebrated with pals—including Chrissy Metz, Sterling K. Brown, Wilmer Valderrama, Milo Ventimiglia and Minka Kelly—at private event space The Fig House.

Instead of a formal dinner, they opted for a "number of food stations around the venue, including meat, chicken, vegetarian, raw food, flat bread, cheese and charcuterie and more." Beverages included a whiskey station and a ton of wine. Goldsmith took a break from celebrating to perform with Jackson Brown, Jonathan Rice, Blake Mills and Lenny Goldsmith.

Moore and Goldsmith got engaged in 2017 after dating for two years.

Moore has not yet posted about her dress, but did share that her beloved cat Madeline died on Saturday after a long struggle with heart disease.

VANESSA MARCIL DISHES ON RIFT WITH BRIAN AUSTIN GREEN: Three days after General Hospital alum Vanessa Marcil first claimed her son Kassius Lijah had been shut out of his father (and her ex’s) life, she is opening up yet again. Responding to fan comments on Instagram about how and why Brian Austin Green and wife Meghan Fox cut out his 16-year-old son and barred him from seeing his three siblings, she wrote: "Let’s hear Green’s side regarding why Kass hasn’t been welcome in their home for 5 years and let’s also hear about what he offered his son on one of his handful of times he’s seen him?" She continued: "Kass no longer has a bedroom at their house starting 5 years ago. He hasn’t ever seen Megan again or met his youngest brother. He’s not allowed to know where they live anymore. Isn’t invited to see them on holidays. Not even Father’s Day. They threw out his entire room and gave away his cat without Kass knowing."

ARMIE HAMMER APOLOGIZES: Armie Hammer earned epic blowback on Twitter for his derisive remarks directed at selfie-posting celebs in the wake of Stan Lee’s death. He objected to celebrities who posted shots with the late Marvel creator, saying they were making the 95-year-old's death about them, when it was anything but. He responded to his critics Thursday. "While attempting to provide some unnecessary social commentary about the current selfie culture, I (in true a**hat form – thank you Jeffrey Dean Morgan) inadvertently offended many who were genuinely grieving the loss of a true icon," the 32-year-old actor wrote on Twitter on Thursday. "I want to apologize from the bottom of my heart and will be working on my Twitter impulse control."

The Jack Reacher novels will be headed to a small screen sometime soon, but author Lee Child says Tom Cruise will not play the lead because he doesn’t have the character’s "physicality."

In the books, Reacher is described as 6 feet 5 inches; Cruise is 5 feet 7 inches.

Cruise played the title character in the 2012 film original (which grossed $200M) and its 2016 sequel (which grossed $162M).

"Cruise, for all his talent, didn't have that physicality," Child told BBC Radio.

"The idea is that when Reacher walks into a room, you're all a little nervous just for that first minute. And Cruise, for all his talent, didn't have that physicality," he continued.

Child issued a call to readers who angry with Cruise’s casting to help find the perfect star for the TV adaptation. "I want all those readers who were upset about Tom Cruise to help me out - participate in choosing the right actor for the TV series. We're rebooting and starting over and we're going to try and find the perfect guy," he said.

Margot Robbie is a stunner, and she says that becoming "ugly" for the first time changed her life. Robbie graces the December cover of Harper’s Bazaar, and inside, she opens up about what it was like to play Queen Elizabeth I.

Robbie plays the Queen in the upcoming Mary Queen of Scots (out December 7th). To embody the Queen, who was scarred by smallpox as a young woman, Robbie had to spend hours in hair and makeup. She says the ensuing transformation changed the way everyone—even people who knew her—treated her.

"I'd say, 'Hey, how's your weekend?' But they wouldn't even get close to me," she says. "It was very alienating. And I felt very lonely. It was an interesting social experiment."

Her colleague Saorise Ronan (she plays Queen Mary) was impressed. "Margot is a very, very good actor who takes her work incredibly seriously. I don't think looks even factor into it. Even when she has a glamorous role, she's got this brilliant, strong presence, and part of that is because she's a very sincere and authentic person. She's very open."

Robbie, of course, is more than just a pretty face. In 2014, she founded LuckyChap Entertainment with the goal of finding better roles for herself, and other women.

"When we set out to create our company, it was sort of a new idea, but then in response to the #MeToo conversation it was all that anyone was talking about. People were like, 'Why don't we make movies for women?'" she says of how times have changed. "Uh, what a revelation, right?"

As three wildfires continue to blaze uncontrollably in California, victims of the fires are sharing horrifying images of the destruction. So far, the fires have killed at least 42 people, with hundreds more missing.

Several celebrities have been affected as well.

Liam Hemsworth shared an image of what’s left of the home he shared with fiancée Miley Cyrus.

"It’s been a heartbreaking few days. This is what’s left of my house. Love," he began a caption accompanying an image of their burnt out walls, with the charred remains of the letters "L-O-V-E" that once decorated the space.

The 28-year-old Thor star continues: "Many people in Malibu and surrounding areas in California have lost their homes also and my heart goes out to everyone who was affected by these fires. I spent the day in Malibu yesterday and it was amazing to see the community pulling together to help each other out in any way they can. Malibu is a strong community and this event is only going to make it stronger."

He also urged people to donate to the rebuilding effort, and thanked firefighters.

The famous lovebirds donated $500,000 themselves to The Malibu Foundation through Cyrus' charity, Happy Hippie, a representative said.

Gerard Butler’s home was also severely burnt. He spoke to TMZ after surveying the damage, choking up: "I feel bad. … There are so many communities here, trailer parks and suburban working-class houses that are completely destroyed, and people have lost everything."

Kim Kardashian, Khloe Kardashian, Alyssa Milano and Lady Gaga were among those evacuated. The homes of Neil Young, Camille Grammer, Robin Thicke and Scott Derrickson were destroyed.

Everyone has feelings about Stan Lee’s passing.

The iconic 95-year-old Marvel founder died Monday and celebrities and fans took to social media to thank him for improving their lives and helping to create a socially progressive universe of heroes from every racial and ethnic background, one that featured men and women, and one that didn’t focus on sexual orientation.

But as the tributes poured in, not everyone was pleased. Armie Hammer lashed out at celebs who posted shots of themselves with Lee.

"So touched by all of the celebrities posting pictures of themselves with Stan Lee... no better way to commemorate an absolute legend than putting up a picture of yourself," the Call Me By Your Name star tweeted on Monday.

"They... worked with him...?" a reporter responded. "Me.... too...?" Hammer, who voiced a character in Lee’s Mighty 7 said.

"Maybe they're just remembering how it felt to meet him with those photos," another fan opined on Twitter. "That's how I would feel. I never got the chance."

"If Stan impacted your life (ie. All of our lives) with his work, post his work that touched you the most," Hammer wrote back. "Posting a selfie makes his death about you and how cool you felt taking a picture with him."

When someone asked, "What else u supposed to do when someone dies armie," he responded, "If your answer is 'post a selfie' then I think we need a cultural revamp across the board."

Kensington Palace is serving up sumptuous sides of gossip as Prince Charles prepares to celebrate his 70ths birthday on November 14.

For starters, Charles assures his future subjects (via a BBC documentary) that he will not be a "meddling" monarch when he becomes king; instead, he will follow in his mother’s footsteps and "operate within the constitutional parameters."

Charles has been criticized in the past for his strong political (usually liberal) stances. He says that will be behind him once he wears the crown: "I’m not that stupid. I do realize that it is a separate exercise being sovereign. So of course I understand entirely how that should operate."

Plus, royal watchers are finding out more about Prince Harry and Meghan Markle’s May wedding. Prior to the big day, Meghan’s father Thomas Markle Sr. reneged on his offer to walk her down the aisle after a series of humiliating scandals. (He claimed he was ill; no one believed him).

Apparently, instead of driving a wedge between Meghan and the royals, the snafu endeared her to them.

According to the BBC doc, Charles was only too delighted to walk her down the aisle. Harry said: "I asked him to and I think he knew it was coming and he immediately said, ‘Yes, of course, I’ll do whatever Meghan needs and I’m here to support you.’ For him that’s a fantastic opportunity to step up and be that support, and you know he’s our father so of course he’s gonna be there for us."

Since Harry and Meghan announced their marriage, they and Prince William and Kate Middleton have been dubbed the fab four. The brothers have always been unusually close, having bonded over their mother Princess Diana's untimely death, and the foursome—often spotted laughing together and collaborating on various royal projects—was a favorite sight for Palace fans. But it seem that there may be some distance being created between the brothers, with reports of Harry and William setting out to divide their "court" into two separate offices.

Meanwhile, the Palace is issuing apologies for the lateness of Meghan and Harry’s wedding thank you notes, after Princess Eugenie (despite being married six months after them) managed to send out all of her thank you notes to royal well-wishers.

According to Hello, the head of the Correspondence Section at Clarence House, Claudia Spens, sent out this missive: "The Duke and Duchess of Sussex have asked me to thank you for your letter of 24th May and I must apologise for the delay in responding to you. As I am sure you can imagine, this has been a particularly busy time for this office and we have, consequently, been unable to reply as quickly as we should have liked to."

BBC’s documentary, Prince, Son and Heir: Charles at 70, aired on the BBC Thursday.

What a dame! Emma Thompson proved she earned her title on Wednesday when she attempted to steal a kiss from her longtime friend Prince William as he bestowed the honor of damehood on her.

"I love Prince William. I've known him since he was little, and we just sniggered at each other," she told reporters of their exchange. "I said, 'I can't kiss you, can I?' And he said, 'No don't'!"

The 59-year-old Oscar winner rocked sneakers and a suit at the ceremony. But she was too busy admiring William to discuss her own honor. "He’s looking wonderful and doing so well," she commented. "He said, ‘This day isn’t about me, it’s about you.'"

"It’s really lovely because I’ve always loved the boys, and I’ve always been a long-term correspondent with their dad," Thompson added. "It’s a very lovely feeling."

The holiday season begins in earnest when Oprah Winfrey’s annual list of Favorite Things arrives, showing America all of the wonderful things we probably can’t afford this season. The time has come!

And on Wednesday, even the 64-year-old admits that the list has gotten a wee bit out of hand in recent years.

She writes: "These days, choosing my Favorite Things makes me a little cuckoo. What started as an organic extension of wanting to treat people to some things I truly loved has turned into an annual list that takes a team to curate. I then go through every item, picking my favorites and narrowing the selection to my own. It's a process. Because it's important for me to remain as true to my original inspiration as possible. My guideline: Do I really like it enough to want to receive it myself?"

This year, buying the entire list of 107 items, featuring everything from offbeat kitchen gadgets to next-level tech, would cost $13,176.63.

The cheapest item ($13.50) is Truff Hot Sauce. Boyfriend Stedman Graham is a fan. "This spicy, black-truffle-infused sauce is the really delicious deal. But don't just take my word for it: Stedman was a Louisiana Hot Sauce man for 30 years before he tasted this stuff," she enthuses.

The priciest item ($1.525.50) is a Story Bikes electric step-through bike. "My Santa Barbara neighbor makes this battery-powered beauty," Winfrey's description for the bike read. "I love mine because (a) I can pedal up to 20 miles per hour and (b) for every one sold, a nonelectric model is donated to a person in Africa, South America, or Southeast Asia."

Arguably the most random is a Dog DNA Test by Embark for $159. Winfrey writes: "There’s nothing better than discovering your roots—and that goes for fur babies, too. This test reveals a dog’s genetic age and info, as well as breed breakdown, from a small sample of slobber. Incredible!" Indeed.

Perhaps the most infantile is a onesie sweatsuit for adults. Dubbed "The Jumpsuit," an L.A. Relaxed onesie will run you $168. Says Winfrey: "Like a Onesie for grown-ups, this jumpsuit is a pleasure to wear on a long trip because you can curl up in it and still look fresh when you get where you’re going. The stripe down the leg sure does slenderize."

Kenan Thompson addressed the backlash his Saturday Night Live colleague Pete Davidson is getting for a joke he made on "Weekend Update."

In a bit on the upcoming elections, Davidson mocked Dan Crenshaw, a Republican candidate for Congress and a former Navy SEAL who lost an eye in an IED blast while serving in Afghanistan in 2012.

In the segment, Davidson said: "You may be surprised to hear he’s a congressional candidate in Texas and not a hitman in a porno movie. I’m sorry, I know he lost his eye in war, or whatever. Whatever."

The response from Crenshaw and others was blistering, with many castigating Davidson for his "vile" and "tasteless" joke.

On Monday, Thompson appeared on NBC’s Today Show and said that he thought Davidson went too far.

"He Davidson definitely missed the mark," Thompson said. "I think he was more so commenting on the fact that the joke maybe didn't land as hard as he wanted to as opposed to being like I don't care about veterans."

Thompson continued: "My father's a veteran, Vietnam, and I personally would never necessarily go there, but it's tough when you're fishing for jokes — like that's how stand-ups feel like there's no real filters out there in the world when they're trying to go for a great joke or whatever and we try to respect that but at the same time, when you miss the mark, you're offending people so you have to really be a little more aware in my opinion."

After appearing on The Walking Dead for the last time Sunday night, Andrew Lincoln sounded off on the AMC show with The New York Times.

He says that he shared many fans’ distress at the death of Steven Yeun’s Glenn.

"Because Steven Yeun was such an important part of the rhythm of my years," Lincoln said. "If anything, it’s probably like being in a boy band — you only have each other as a reference point. And then they start taking them away from you."

Plus, he didn’t like the way Glenn was killed (with a baseball bat until his eye popped out).

"We’ve been able to terrify people in film for 100 years without having to show an eyeball," Lincoln said. "When that happens, it diminishes what we’re trying to make, which in my mind’s eye is a family drama set in hell. It’s not a sort of B-movie gore-fest." Lincoln also suggested that "it would be more disturbing just keeping the camera on Maggie’s face," and that "maybe that’s why I want to direct, because I want to make what I’ve been filming in my head."

Meanwhile, AMC is planning to expand the universe of The Walking Dead, with a series of three films set to begin production next year.

"It's not the beginning of the end, it's the end of the beginning. And I like the idea that we get to tell a bigger story, maybe with a sort of wider vista," Lincoln said on The Talking Dead, AMC's after-show about the zombie hit. "I've always been interested in what's going on out there, you know, whether or not there is contact with the wider world."

Lincoln himself will lead the films, which will tell the story of what happened to him post-show. Fan favorites Norman Reedus (Daryl) and Melissa McBride (Carol) have also signed new deals. Reedus, who also hosts and exec produces AMC's motorcycle series Ride With Norman Reedus, will make $350,000 per episode on top of additional guarantees and advances in a deal that sources say could be worth anywhere from $50 million to $90 million, according to The Hollywood Reporter.

McBride will earn an estimated $20 million over three years, per THR.

Supermodel Bella Hadid posted a shot on Instagram over the weekend that appeared to be an attempt to pre-emptively silence body-shamers as she prepares to strut her stuff in the Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show. #EpicFail, as the kids say.

Hadid shared a shot of behind-the-scenes fittings writing, "I can't wait for you to see all of the beautiful outfits. I'm so grateful to be a part of the show again, feeling happier and healthier than ever."

The photo featured Hadid in knee-high boots and black lingerie. Critics were quick to point out her "skin and bone" appearance.

Wrote one: "Skin and bone…I have nothing against being slim but this is unhealthy on so many levels. Shame on @VictoriasSecret for encouraging and promoting this totally unrealistic image. We must put an end to the concept of looks = value."

Another wrote, "I will never understand why bones protruding through skin is considering beautiful."

Hadid did not respond directly to critics, but she did add a line to her caption: "All body types are different and react differently to a great workout routine and a healthy diet."

Then on Monday, she doubled down on her subtle body-shaming blowback by posting an Instagram Story that included shots from an airplane with snacks: chicken tenders, French fries, M&Ms and White Castle.

While there was plenty of shade, there was sun too, with Zoe Kravitz, Yolanda Hadid, Kylie Jenner and Yara Shahidi either "liking" the picture or posting upbeat comments.

The show is set to air December 2nd at 10 p.m on ABC.
