The source said: "He's worried it will send her into a worse tailspin. And if he would seek sole custody, there would be a replay of all of his deeds over the years." The source added, "Charlie is very upset over the situation. Basically, he feels she is using the child-support money he pays her to get high."

"I know it's hard because we are perpetually scrutinized and criticized in this industry, but I'm begging other influencers, actors, and models to join me in not allowing airbrushing," she wrote on Twitter. "We have to stop setting standards for others that we ourselves don't even meet." The Good Place star also posted an un-airbrushed pic of her "backfat." MIRIAM RIVERA DEAD AT 38: Miriam Rivera, the first openly trans TV star, died on February 5th in Mexico. News of her death just broke Friday. SARAH SILVERMAN SHARES CLIP OF PREACHER CALLING FOR HER DEATH: Sarah Silverman shared a video in which a pastor wishes for her "untimely death" over a 2005 joke she made about Jesus that she now says was taken out of context. She took to Twitter to share a post of Pastor Adam Fannin giving an anti-Semitic sermon calling Silverman out, and saying: "These Jewish, false prophet, anti-Christian, anti-God… They're willing to put Jesus to death again! Have you heard of this comedian Sarah Silverman? You guys know what I'm talking about? She brags about it! ‘I'd do it again!' Listen, she is a witch, she is a jezebel, she is a God-hating w---- of Zionism. I hope that God breaks her teeth out and she dies. She is a wicked person and she is, like, the perfect representation of religious Judaism."

Avengers: Endgame and Riverdale were the night's biggest winners at the 2019 Teen Choice Awards, which aired last night (August 11th) on Fox. The evening celebrated the best of music, film, the internet, television and more, according to teenagers who vote. Instead of snagging statuettes though, winners land surfboards, because #teens.

Pretty Little Liars star Lucy Hale and YouTube sensation David Dobrik took on hosting duties, and set the fun tone for an upbeat, empowering celebration with 10,000 teen revelers on the beach and millions watching on TV and online.

The CW's Riverdale took home the award for Choice Drama TV show, while Cole Sprouse and Lili Reinhart took home the award for Choice Drama TV actor and actress respectively for their work on the show. They also snagged Choice Ship for their mysterious are-they-or-aren't-they-dating-anymore romance.

Netflix's Stranger Things also won big, snagging Choice Summer TV Show, and Summer TV Actor and Actress for Noah Schnapp and Millie Bobby Brown, respectively.

On the movie side, Avengers: Endgame took home the trophy for Choice Action Movie.

Another big winner was Taylor Swift, who took the first-ever Icon Award and gave fans a pep talk about gender equality, making mistakes, the crazy world we live in, and the joys of cute kitties. Swift, per usual, saved her major scoop for the end, telling viewers that they can expect a new single, "Lover," from her on Friday, August 16th.

The Jonas Brothers, who snagged the Decade Award, also brought the pep rally spirit and reminded viewers that they were bullied once too … and that it does get better.

One Republic performed "Counting Stars" and "Rescue Me."

Monsta X rocked "Who Do U Love?"

CNCO hit the stage with "Pretend."

Jordan McGraw and Sarah Hyland brought their collaboration "Met at a Party" to the stage.

Blanco Brown showed the kids how to do "The Git Up."

Mabel said just don't bother, "Don't Call Me Up."

Kylie Jenner is celebrating her 22ndbirthday with loved ones on a mega-yacht in Italy, as one does. The celebration has been as bling-laden as a Kardashian-Jenner birthday party can be expected to be, but was also filled with sweet family moments.

Her boyfriend Travis Scott gifted her with a diamond-encrusted chain pendant by Eliantte featuring the Kylie Cosmetics lips logo. She posted shots of the stunning piece on Instagram Stories, with heart eyes and pink heart emojis.

"Kylie's birthday bling is an incredible display of jewelry craftsmanship, boasting pink and white micropave diamonds on an infinity link chain. Accented with pear shape diamond dangles and a signature front lip piece, a custom design like this could easily cost upwards of $375,000," jewelry and style expert Lauren McCawley told E! News.

Travis shared a tribute to his "wifey" on Instagram, writing: "Everyday I watch u grow more into this amazing superhuman everyday is the best the day with u here may God continue shine on you."

Travis and Kylie's 18-month-old Stormi also saluted Kylie. Kylie shared a sweet video of herself and Stormi singing "Happy Birthday" together. "My babyyyy," Kylie captioned the footage, in which Stormi can be heard saying "Mommy" during their duet. In the image, Kylie is wearing the white dress that many suspected was a wedding dress.

She also posted a photo of herself on Instagram, featuring a giant No. 22 fashioned out of sunflowers and hydrangeas, two feathered dresses (one in hot pink, one in white), gold-plated breakfasts and the sparkly chain Travis gave her.

According to TMZ, the 300-ft. ship she rented, dubbed Tranquility, accommodates 22 guests, comes with a 29-person crew and costs about $1.2 million per week. It includes 10 cabins, a sauna, helipad, beauty salon, theater, steam room, Jacuzzi and swimming pool with underwater lights.

In addition to friends, Travis and Stormi, her momager Kris Jenner, her sister Kourtney Kardashian, Scott Disick, Sofia Richie, among others were there, though some, notably sisters Kim, Khloe and Kendall were MIA.

Fast & Furious spinoff Hobbs & Shaw landed at the top of the box office for the second week in a row, grossing $25.4 million, beating five newbies who bowed this weekend. Overseas, Universal's Dwayne Johnson vehicle took in another $60.8 million, for a total haul of $332.6 million.

Of the newbies, Scary Stories To Tell in the Dark was the only one to outperform expectations with $20.8 million. Andre Ovredal directed the adaptation of the best-selling horror series for kids; Guillermo del Toro produced and co-wrote, along with the books' author, Alvin Schwartz.

"The filmmakers and the team at CBS Films are thrilled that moviegoers are embracing the world of Scary Stories. It's particularly satisfying to see families experiencing the fun of the movie together," del Toro said in a statement.

The other kid-friendly film, Dora and the Lost City of Gold, opened in fourth place with $17 million.

Quentin Tarantino and Sony's Once Upon a Time in Hollywood, now in its third outing, came in fifth with $11.6 million for a domestic haul of $100 million.

You could call her a model, actress, or a feminist, but she doesn't want to be categorized. Emily Ratajkowski has penned a piece for Harper's Bazaar in which she discusses her identity and why she was not thrilled when a pal classified her as "hyper femme."

She opened the piece, writing: "I'm a cis white woman. I'm well aware of the privilege I receive as someone who is heteronormative, and I don't pretend to act like my identity hasn't made some things easier for me."

Still, when a friend called her "hyper femme," she says she was frustrated: "In my day-to-day life, I was not aware of being femme or masc or anything but just me."

Ratajkowski writes that she loves embracing her full self through style: "I feel powerful when I'm feeling myself, and sometimes feeling myself means wearing a miniskirt. Sometimes it means wearing a giant hoodie and sweats."

In the sexy photo-shoot that accompanies the piece, she put her armpit hair front and center.

She explained: "For me, body hair is another opportunity for women to exercise their ability to choose...On any given day, I tend to like to shave, but sometimes letting my body hair grow out is what makes me feel sexy."

Unsurprisingly, her decision to flash armpit hair was not universally embraced on social media.

That Hannah Brown is something else. While many people would be kinda flattered if they got favorably compared to a supermodel, the former Bachelorette is not hearing it.

Brown, of course, is involved in extracting herself from a love triangle with Bachelorette runner up Tyler Cameron, 26, and Gigi Hadid. After Brown dumped her fiancé on live TV, she asked Cameron out …. And he was photographed leaving her L.A. home soon after.

But just a day later, he was photographed out and about with the 24-year-old Hadid.

While Brown confessed to having a "beef" with his lack of "respect," that doesn't mean two wrongs make a right. In Instagram Stories, Brown asked her followers and supporters to stop bashing Hadid.

Here's what some of her fans were saying: "Honestly you're hotter than GiGi I said it. I love her but WOW."

"Lookin better than GIGI sista," commented another. "Gigi don't hold a candle to Hannah super model or not sorry truth is truth, look at this girl!"

Brown and her fans aren't the only ones displeased with Cameron. Bachelor host Chris Harrison recently said he was out of the running as Bachelor because of his two-timing.

Kylie Jenner is celebrating her 22nd birthday as only a billionaire mogul can: by launching a new money-themed makeup line and inviting her nearest and dearest to a yacht off the coast of Capri, Italy.

On Thursday, the Keeping Up With the Kardashians star was spotted on the mega yacht Tranquility, with boyfriend Travis Scott and momager Kris Jenner along with Kris' boyfriend Corey Gamble. Scott Disick and his girlfriend Sofia Richie were in attendance as well, with Kourtney Kardashian expected to arrive with the three kids she shares with Scott.

The yacht can accommodate 22 guests, has a 29-person crew, costs $1.2 million a week and includes 10 cabins, a sauna, helipad, beauty salon, theater, steam room, Jacuzzi and swimming pool with underwater lights, according to reports.

Photographs of Kylie boarding a plane with a wedding dress set off a flurry of wedding rumors, but sources tell People there are no plans for them to marry.

"It's not Kylie's wedding and she is only flying to Italy to celebrate her birthday," said the source. "She had a big, successful year and she wanted to treat herself, her family and friends to the best party."

Kylie and Travis, 28, share an 18-month-old daughter Stormi, and frequently refer to each other as husband and wife on social media.

Jessica Biel is going completely natural to spread a message of empowerment to other women. The 37-year-old hit up Instagram Thursday to post a selfie showing her makeup-free and in glasses. Biel is married to Justin Timberlake (who is rumored to be hitting the studios and making music again), and together, they share a son, Silas.

Biel is joining Kate Upton's new #ShareStrong campaign, she explained, writing: "Spreading some self love today with zero filter and zero makeup for my girl @KateUpton. Kate Middleton faced off against her husband Prince William in the inaugural King's Cup charity regatta, and two of their children, Prince George and Princess Charlotte, were there watching with Kate's parents Michael and Carole Middleton.

Comedian John Bishop and adventurer Bear Grylls also competed. William was competed for Child Bereavement UK, while Kate opted to support four charities on behalf of the Royal Foundation. William finished the race third, while Kate finished seventh, or second to last.

On Instagram, the pair said they look forward to competing again next year. "Their Royal Highnesses hope that The King's Cup will become an annual event, bringing greater awareness to the wider benefits of sport, whilst also raising support and funds for the causes that The Duke and Duchess support."

But the fierce competition had to be put on pause so Kate could, er, correct Charlotte who stuck her tongue out at the crowd, instead of waving as she had asked.

Woody Harrelson was the cover subject for Esquire's September issue, and inside he dished on a variety of topics, from his thoughts on President Donald Trump, to his love of marijuana, to career choices.

Harrelson recalls a horrific dinner with Trump, the First Lady Melania and Jesse Ventura in 2002.

He went to support his pal, he explained.

Harrelson said: "So Jesse Ventura former pro wrestler and ex-governor of Minnesota is a buddy of mine, and he called me up—and this is in, oh, 2002—and said, ‘Donald Trump is going to try to convince me to be his running mate for the Democratic ticket in 2004. Will you be my date?' I said, ‘Yeah, man.' So we all met at Trump Tower, sat down. Melania was there, only she wasn't his wife yet."

He continued: "And it was, let me tell you, a brutal dinner. Two and a half hours. The fun part was watching Jesse's moves. It would look like Trump had him pinned, was going to get him to say yes, and then Jesse would slip out at the last second. Now, at a fair table with four people, each person is entitled to 25 percent of the conversation, right? I'd say Melania got about 0.1 percent, maybe. I got about 1 percent. And the governor, Jesse, he got about 3 percent. Trump took the rest."

It was so brutal, he said, he had to leave to smoke pot: "It got so bad I had to go outside and burn one before returning to the monologue monopoly. Listen, I came up through Hollywood, so I've seen narcissists. This guy was beyond. It blew my mind. He did say one thing that was interesting, though. He said, ‘You know, I'm worth four billion dollars,' or maybe he said five billion dollars—one of those numbers, I forget. Anyway, he said, ‘I'm worth however- many billion dollars. But when I die, no matter how much it is, I know my kids are going to fight over it.' That was the one true statement he made that night, and I thought, Okay, yeah, that's pretty cool."

Halfway through 2017, Harrelson shocked the nation by informing everyone that he'd given up pot after"30 solid years of just partying too f***ing hard."

But now, he's back into it, thanks to his good friend Willie Nelson.

"See, everybody thinks of Willie as a model of progressive thinking and virtue, and he is, but he's also got an evil side. Eee-vil," Harrelson says of his singer-songwriter friend. About a year ago, Harrelson had gone around two years without using pot, even in the presence of Willie. "We'd be playing poker and he'd pass me a vape pen," Harrelson said. "And I'd say, ‘Willie, man, I don't do that anymore.' And he'd act surprised, like it was news to him—every time, just as surprised as he could be."

One night, he caved. "I was in a celebrating mood, so I snatched the pen from him and took a long draw," Harrelson recalls. Naturally, the only thing Nelson had to say regarding Woody's fast-breaking puff was, "Welcome home, son."

Harrelson discusses how he almost played Jerry Maguire in the eponymous film.

He said: "I was offered—what's the ‘show me the money' movie? Jerry Maguire? I was offered Jerry Maguire, and I said to Jim James L. Brooks, one of the film's producers, ‘Nobody is going to give a s–t about an agent."

Harrelson also almost turned down a 2009 film Zombieland: "My agent sent me the script, and I said, ‘Zombies, dude? Really? Has it come to this?' And he said, ‘Will you please just read it?' Finally, I did, and I'm like, ‘Damn. That's good writing.'"

The sequel will be released on Oct. 18, 2019, 10 years after the first film's release.

Tyler Cameron must really be into Gigi Hadid. It seems the Bachelorette runner-up is not only willing to opt out of the opportunity to anchor the next Bachelor (host Chris Harrison said his very public back-to-back sleepovers with the 24-year-old Hadid and former Bachelorette Hannah Brown have nixed him from contention), he's also skipping court dates to hang with her.

According to reports, he was due in the Palm Beach County courthouse after pleading not guilty to a careless driving citation that resulted in a three-car crash involving a pregnant woman's car getting slammed with a pickup truck, but was a no-show.

On Tuesday, the court upheld his $166 careless driving ticket, and was also ordered to pay a $60 fine and $106 in court fees. Cameron was also told he must complete an eight-hour driving school course by November 4.

He spent the night before the scheduled appearance out on the town in NYC with Hadid. Guess he couldn't hop a plane in time.

Meanwhile, Brown tells Rachel Lindsay and Ali Fedotowsky-Manno on their Bachelor Happy Hour podcast Wednesday: "It was a little confusing but, um, he can do whatever he wants to and I know that I can too. And I am going to continue going onward and upward and I just think that I've made it very clear...I have no shame in saying I had feelings. I totally did. I totally still have feelings but, at the same time, I am not tied to any man or tied to Tyler and I'm not going to be."

Still, she admits that: "I find it disrespectful, it's kind of like, bruh, slow your roll. You're on Twitter talking about 'Hannah's the queen' and preaching about respect, but then you're being a little disrespectful by dating other people in such a public way where you know it's gonna get so much attention. I think that's my beef with it."

Halle Bailey is breaking her silence on the racist reaction she got from some quarters after being tapped to star in Disney's live-action remake of The Little Mermaid. Bailey keeps her cool, telling Variety: "I feel like I'm dreaming and I'm just grateful and I don't pay attention to the negativity. I just feel like this role was something bigger than me and greater and it's going to be beautiful. I'm just so excited to be a part of it."

While most fans rejoiced at her casting, others trolled the move on social media. The problem blew up to such a degree, Sierra Boggess, who originated the role of Ariel in Broadway's adaptation, Jodi Benson, the voice of the O.G. cartoon and Disney's Freeform itself defended the move.

"Alright, I'm tired of this, listen again," Boggess tweeted at the time. " 'Bright young women, sick of swimmin,' ready to stand...' I hear this being the cry of EVERY little girl, don't you?"

Little Mermaid director Rob Marshall also came out swinging for her, saying: "It was abundantly clear that Halle possesses that rare combination of spirit, heart, youth, innocence, and substance – plus a glorious singing voice – all intrinsic qualities necessary to play this iconic role."

"I think the most important thing is to tell the story," Benson told fans at pop culture convention Florida Supercon in July. "We have, as a family, raised our children and for ourselves that we don't see anything that's different on the outside. I think that the spirit of a character is what really matters. What you bring to the table in a character as far as their heart and their spirit is what really counts."

Bailey also kept it buttoned up about who else was in the cast, telling ET that Idris Elba would be "awesome" as King Triton, but opting not confirm or deny rumors that he was cast. And Harry Styles, rumored to be set as Prince Eric?

"Oh, I don't mind," she told the outlet. "I think anyone would be great for it."

She then threw shade on Kevin Hunter, who allegedly had a child with his long-term mistress: "I still love him and I wish him the best in his new life with his new family." NO HOST FOR THE EMMYS: The Emmys will be host-free this year, following the model the Oscars set this year. Fox CEO Charlie Collier confirmed the news during the TV Critics Association press tour Wednesday. "We're so proud to host the Emmys, but no one will say that is Fox's Emmys," Collier said. "We're happy to have it this year, we're passing it off to another network partner next year, so our job is to assess how to elevate the program in the year we're lucky enough to broadcast it, and what's interesting to me is how many amazing shows we're saying goodbye to—Game of Thrones, our own Empire, Veep, Big Bang Theory..." It helped me, and my gap closed by itself, and I'm really sad about it too."

Gwyneth Paltrow and Brad Falchuk are taking the plunge. A year after getting married, the 46-year-old Goop founder tells InStyle that she and her producer hubby are moving in together.

She explained: "We took a year to let everybody in the family take it in and let the dust settle, and now we're moving in together this month," referencing her two kids with her ex-husband, Chris Martin -- Apple, 15, and Moses, 13 -- and Falchuk's two children from a previous relationship, Isabella and Brody.

Marriage thus far, she reports, has been "fun." Paltrow explains: "I adore my husband. He's brilliant and deeply kind. I feel like he's a real equal too. And he pushes me in the best ways. I really like being married. It's fun."

She also shares insight into her shifting priorities: "Having children was so extraordinarily profound. It turned my world completely upside down in the best possible way. I think women understand that there are different chapters to our lives. My life looked a lot different in that decade than it did in my 20s, when I was very immersed in acting. In my 30s my focus was my kids. I was home most of the time. I was cooking with my kids and starting Goop. I was very happy doing the school runs and being domestic."

Paltrow covers InStyle for its 25th anniversary, and inside, she also reminisces about her many cover shoots with the mag.

She said: "In 2003 I shot my third InStyle cover in Spain with my exchange family from when I studied abroad as a teen. I still go there all the time. I'm very close to the family. In fact, my Spanish father, Jesus, walked me down the aisle at my wedding last September."

Jussie Smollett says the City of Chicago is unfairly trying to do a money-grab after his criminal case was dismissed.

He filed a motion to dismiss the $500K suit Chicago filed against him to recoup the cost of the investigation into the attack against him, TMZ reports. If it does get tossed with prejudice as he hopes, the City would not be permitted to refile it.

In the direct aftermath of the attack, Smollett said the attackers had peppered him with racist and homophobic epithets. Later, the African American and openly gay Empire star was accused of staging the attack in a bid to up his profile, claims he has staunchly denied.

Fallout from the attack resulted him getting the boot from his hit Fox show, which the network then later cancelled.

TMZ reports that Smollett is arguing in court docs that Chicago has not shown "a direct link between Jussie's statements and the costs the City incurred."

"The City's Complaint appears to be an unprecedented effort to seek penalties andresources expended in connection with allegedly false statements made to the police where the related criminal case concerning the statements was dismissed …on all counts," attorneys for Smollett declared.

In addition to the $130K the City of Chicago incurred in overtime, lawyers are hoping Smollett will cover attorney fees and punitive damages, totally nearly $500K.

For InStyle's 25thanniversary, a bevvy of celebs, including former InStyle cover stars Jennifer Aniston, Kerry Washington, Demi Moore, Kate Hudson, Michelle Pfeiffer, Reese Witherspoon, Cameron Diaz, Halle Berry, Drew Barrymore, Meg Ryan, Gwyneth Paltrow, Salma Hayek, Jennifer Garnerand Julianne Moore, sat down with the mag to discuss life, work, love and for many, motherhood.

Barrymore, Alba and Garner had some particularly poignant thoughts about the way motherhood changed them, and how the public's perception of them as actors changed once they became mothers.

Barrymore tells InStyle that her children Frankie, 5, and Olive, 7, changed her entire perspective, and how her style of parenting evolved over time. "When I had my first daughter, Olive, I was terrified all the time," she tells InStyle. "I wanted everything to be perfect. It's the most high-wire, high-stakes, scariest, beautiful, important thing you'll ever do. I couldn't sleep or eat. I've never cared so much about anything. I've got two daughters now, and they're very different. You realize this is about their journey, and you're there to keep them safe, keep them laughing and help them figure out who they want to be."

Alba, who first covered InStyle in June of 2007, reflects on how that milestone made her feel.

"It made me feel like I had finally arrived," Alba, now 38, shares. "I was a big fan of the magazine because it made high fashion feel accessible. By that time I'd been in the entertainment business for over a decade, but I was still trying to figure out how to be in the public eye and have ownership over who I was."

She adds, "Ninety percent of what people understood about me then came purely from magazine articles, press-tour interviews, and blurbs of gossip."

Since then, she has welcomed daughters Honor and Haven, and son Hayes, and they've changed her POV.

"For the first time in my life I was really embracing my womanhood," Alba says. "I was in my early 30s, and it had taken up until then for me to feel confident in my body. I also stopped allowing myself to be objectified in the press through a male's perspective. Screw that, man."

She tells readers, "It's OK to be sexy. It's OK to wear a short skirt or a loud print if I feel like it because I own it in my own way. I can flaunt what I want, cover what I want, and still feel good."

But she still has a sense a sense of humor: "I have three children. They've exploded my body, and I'm cool with it. laughs And I know I'm smart. I don't care what everybody else thinks. I'm good, girl. I'm good."

The 47-year-old Garner, who shares three children with her ex Ben Affleck, also opened up about the public's perception of her has changed.

"When you're one of the ‘hot girls' of the moment, you're making choices that define you," she explains. "I was defined first by choosing to go on hiatus, and then I was very quickly defined by pregnancies and babies. Now my choices are defined by different things."

She says she is fiercely protective over what people see about daughters Violet, 13, and Seraphina, 10, and son Samuel, 7.

"I guard my kids' privacy as much as I possibly can, and I've never posted pictures of them on Instagram," she says. "I'm sure there are times my kids would really love to see themselves reflected on social media in a fun way and to have the attention they would get from that. But I've fought too hard against it. It would feel hypocritical."

The 25th anniversary of InStyle is on sale Aug. 16.

CASEY AFFLECK TALKS #METOO: Casey Affleck is here for the #MeToo movement, but has often stayed quiet because of sexual harassment allegations against him. On Dax Shepard's "Armchair Expert" podcast, he said: "The way I'm thought of, sometimes, by certain people recently has just been so antithetical to who I really am, that it's just been frustrating. And not being able to talk about it has been hard because I really wanted to support all but I felt like the best thing to do was to just be quiet, so that I didn't seem to be in opposition to something that I really wanted to champion." Producer Amanda White filed a $2 million suit against him, claiming Affleck harassed her; cinematographer Magdalena Gorka also sued him for $2.25 million. He denied the allegations and settled both suits for undisclosed amounts. Affleck is currently promoting Light of My Life, which was inspired by #MeToo.
