Billie Eilish’s Brother Says She’s Working on New Music After Debut LP
Billie Eilish’s brother and artistic collaborator says she’s already working on new music after dropping her first album earlier this year. “We’re deep into the creative process on new material, for sure,” Finneas O’Connell said Tuesday in a radio interview. “This past week, we were working on something new and we were together on tour. And so the song was written in a couple of dressing rooms at venues and a couple of hotel rooms upstairs. Then it was recorded sitting in one of our bunks on the tour bus.” He added that their primary focus is still performing songs live off her debut LP, When We All Fall Asleep, Where Do We Go? “I think the main point of this was that this is an album that we really love to play live,” Finneas explained. “It’s continued to grow and that’s been a great blessing.” Meanwhile, Finneas’ debut EP Blood Harmony is out now.
