Bethenny Frankel and her ex Jason Hoppy had their dirty laundry aired once again in court on Tuesday as the estranged pair continue to do battle of custody of their 8-year-old daughter, Bryn.
On the stand, Frankel copped to her contributions to their problems, admitting she called him "white trash" and dumped water on him while he was sleeping.
"You called him white trash, correct?" probed Hoppy’s lawyer Robert Wallack in Manhattan Supreme Court.
"I think I called his family that," she replied.
After he dug up testimony from a 2014 transcript in their long-running divorce, she finally admitted that she called Hoppy white trash.
Meanwhile, their former therapist Dr. Rami Mosseri, who was hired to help them co-parent Bryn, said he quit because of the level of toxicity in their relationship, something he’s only done twice in his 15-year career.
"I was able to get through to the mother to some degree," Mosseri testified in Manhattan Supreme Court as Frankel and Hoppy’s heated child custody battle entered its fifth day of hearings. "I didn’t feel at the time that I was able to get through to the father."
He had negative comments for both parents, calling Frankel "controlling," and saying Hoppy was unwilling to compromise.
